Chapter 14

Laura's POV
I started playing and singing Hey Little Girl by Sophie Marie B. It's been a long time since my hands have touched piano keys so there were definitely some chords that I messed up on, especially since I'm playing the chords from memory.

As I finished singing I took my hands off of the keys and I was startled by clapping. I turned around to see the boys standing there clapping and smiling. I just blushed from embarrassment. I didn't think they'd be back yet.

"You guys scared me." I Said giggling a little.

"Sorry." Jack said chuckling.

"It's fine." I Said smiling.

"That was amazing!" Said Jonah.

"You're voice is so good." Jack said.

"And you're really good at playing the piano." Daniel stated.

"I'm literally speechless." Said Corbyn.

"You definitely have talent Laura." Said Zach.

"Thank you, you guys are so sweet." I Said while smiling.

They all just smiled back and then they all left the room to go do their own thing but Jack stayed. He walked over to me and sat down next to me by the piano.

"So How was your meeting?" I Asked.

"It was alright, nothing too interesting." He Said shrugging.

"Oh." I Said.

"May I?" He Asked pointing to the piano gesturing that he was asking to play something.

"Go ahead." I Said giggling.

He began to play thinking out loud by Ed Sheeran and sang too. After about a minute, I hesitated but then I joined in and sang with him. He looked at me and smiled at my action and then looked back at the keys. Our voices blend together well and it sounded quite nice I must say. As soon as we finished singing, jack took his hands off of the keys and then he looked at me. He stared into my eyes and I stared back into his. He began to slowly lean in and so did I, our lips about to touch but we pulled away as a loud noise interrupted us causing us to both jump back. We both looked at each other confused and then we got up from the piano bench. We made our way out of the music room and down the hall. Jack and I finally saw where the noise came from. In the kitchen stood Logan Paul and by his feet was a broken plate that no doubt in my mind, I'm positive he was the cause of. The other four boys were in the kitchen with him too.

"Ayeeee there's my boi Jack! And he's got a.. girlfriend?" Logan Asked confused.

I just giggled and shook my head.

The other four boys just smirked since they all ship Jaura and they all know Jack and I tend to flirt. But we are not a couple.

"No I'm not his girlfriend." I Stated.

"Yet." Jack mumbled under his breath quietly so I wouldn't hear it, but I did, I just ignored it though.

"So what's your name?" Logan Asked me.

"My name is Laura and it's nice to meet you Logan." I Said smiling.

"So are you in the Logang?" Logan Asked me.

"Duhhh." I Said as I did a quick dab to prove it.

"Ayeeee thasss muhhh gurlll." Logan Said as he fist bumped me.

"Was breaking one of our plates necessary?" Jack asked.

"Um yes." Said Logan in a duh tone.

"Well as long as you clean it up then whatever." Jack said laughing.

"See, about that.." Logan started to say before he ran into the backyard.

The other four boys followed him while Jack and I just stood in the kitchen as Jack just shook his head. He grabbed a broom and dust pan and began cleaning up the broken plate and I just laughed at him struggling.

"If it's so easy then why don't you do it?" Jack said handing me the dustpan and smiling.

"Nah I'm good cuz I'm a Maverick and Mavericks don't take orders!" I Said as I began to head out to the backyard where Logan and Jonah, Corbyn, Zach, and Daniel were all at, leaving Jack alone to clean up the plate. Lol I'm a nice person.

I saw Logan and the boys all sitting down in chairs on the patio so I decided to join them. I walked over to them and sat down in a chair next to Jonah.

"Whasssupppp chotches!" I practically almost yelled as I sat down.

"The only chotch here is Logan." Said Zach.

"That is a fact little one." Logan Said.

"Hey I'm not that little!" Said Zach.

"Compared to Logan, you are little." Jonah said.

All the boys including me agreed.

"You guys are mean!" Zach said while playfully crossing his arms and pouting like a little kid.

We all just began laughing including Zach.

"So where's your lover at Laura?" Corbyn teased me.

All the other boys just chuckled while I just rolled my eyes.

"Ugh you're so annoying, all of you." I Said giggling.

"Hey you didn't deny it!" Said Jonah.

"But I also didn't admit it." I Said.

"Girl has a point." Said Logan.

"Anyways, JACK is cleaning up the broken plate in the kitchen." I Said emphasizing Jack.

"Nope not anymore, I'm all done and thanks for helping." Jack said sarcastically as he started walking up to us.

As he sat down next to me I patted him on the back.

"You're welcome Noodles." I Said grinning.

"Are you ever going to stop calling me that?" He Asked groaning.

"Nope!" I Said giving him a cheeky smile.

He just put his hood over his head and covered his face and groaned. We all just laughed at him.

"So Logan what brings you here?" Asked Jonah.

"I was thinking we could prank my brother Jake by breaking into his new Team 10 mansion." Logan said smirking.

All of the boys were down to do it and they all just looked at me waiting for an answer.

"I'm in!" I Said.

All the boys cheered including Logan. We all got up from our chairs and started walking back inside and towards the front door. We all grabbed our shoes and put them on and then headed out to Logan's car that apparently he calls 'The Yeti'.
