Zane POV
I'm ready to save Nana but I don't know where to find her. I just hope she's OK. I slid on my fingerless black gloves and punched the bag one more time, hitting it to the ground. I ran back to the hill that he last saw her.
"I don't wanna be left behind
Distance was a friend of mine
Catching breath in a web of lies
I've spent most of life
Riding waves, playing acrobat
Shadowing the other half
Learning how to react
I've spent most of my time"
I sung. Nana and I always joked about the lyrics being so accurate to my life. I sighed and wiped a tear from my eye. In the corner of my eye I saw someone with purple hair walking up the hill I was on. I quickly hid behind a nearby tree, maybe I could get some information about where Nana was.
Michi reached the top of the hill. Luckily, she was on her phone so she didn't notice me.
"Yeah I know," she rolled her eyes, "YES! THAT MASKED MORON DOESN'T KNOW WHERE SHE IS!!! I TOLD YOU THAT TEN TIMES!!!" Michi snapped, "Where?" She listened for a while, "The mill on the mountain, got it. I'll make sure he doesn't get to her." Michi hung up and splashed a teleporting potion on herself.
Narrator POV
Zane ran back to the boat and told Aphmau, Aaron and Garroth what he heard. They were all in disbelief.
"You mean we know where she is?" Garroth asked. Zane nodded and almost seemed relived.
"We're going to save her, tonight." Zane looked off into the distance.
