Dang, this place again. I was back into the place where my demon talks to me. I spot something shining in the distance. It looks like a gem, a black gem. "Hello Zane," the demon's voice echoed throughout the void. "What is this?" I pick up the gem and examine it. "Your soul," he replied Wow. My soul is black, I thought I was just being dramatic all those times. "My soul?" I can't look away from it. "Zane. You must listen to my instructions very carefully. You have to travel to a blood relative's mind and steal their soul. If you bring it into the void and give it to me, I can finally leave and be free," the demon's voice surrounded me. "You want to be free?" This didn't sound good, what was he getting at, "And like earlier, why do you want to help me?" "I don't, I'm helping myself."
Kawaii~Chan POV
My cheek was really starting to bleed now. Tears filled my eyes like water balloons. "Does it hurt?" He gave me an evil grin. It didn't hurt as much as much as losing Zane. Maybe he's still alive. I really hope so. "Why are you doing this?!" I needed to know, maybe Garroth can get him while he's distracted. "That's none of your business," He still gripped my hand. "Is this about the demon?" How bad is this demon really? "I made that demon! It's about the Ro'Meave family! They're getting my wrath!"
Zane POV
The void started getting lighter, was I dead, or dying? I woke up and saw Zach still gripping Nana's hand. That's it! No one hurts Nana! I got up despite the pain from the black magic. Neither of them seemed to notice me until the ground started shaking and rumbling. My vision was slowly covered by black smoke. I hope this works and I don't hurt anyone except that monster.
