It's been a month.a month since I've spoken to Luke.a month since I've seen him and a month since I turned his proposal down.i bet he hates me for that,but I'm just not ready even though I love him so much I'm still a kid.

"Darling didn't work start 2 hours ago?"

Oh and yeah I got fired from my job.apparently I was taking 'to much' time off...who can blame me though?

"I got fired...I didn't tell you?"I asked "Nope"she replied placing a cup of coffee in front of me.

I smiled "It must've slipped my mind" "So have you talked to Luke?"

"No and I'm not planning too"I mumbled.

I lost my chance with him and I guess we'll never be the same.

"Honey you can't just ignore each other and wonder why the other person hasn't called..."

I sipped my coffee slowly,mums right.I'm just acting like a stupid silly girl sitting here drinking coffee laying in bed on my ass Watching sad movies all day and not bothering to attend work.

I watched as Jai and Ariana hugged and kissed and done all those cute things me and Sophie use to do.i miss her and I miss what we had,proposing was to much..I should've thought of what I was getting myself into.

"Don't worry ..some day you'll find that perfect girl"mum said hugging me from behind.

"We'll the thing is I've already found her but I took things to far"I mumbled.

She gave me a funny look "What do you mean?"

Shiiiit,

"I proposed to her...I love her"

"You WHAT?!you don't go proposing to a girl like that you stupid thing"

Ever since beau moved out and Jai ran away with Ariana it's just been me and mum,she took it hard...a lot happened in a month.She cried for days and nights praying that she'd get her 'favourite' boys back.i guess I was just a reminder of her loss as she locked herself up in her room most days.Sometimes she'd fall asleep outside waiting for Jai to come back home.

I understood why Jai ran away,I would've too if me and Sophie were still together.I thinks it's the matter that mum hasn't got a man in her life...she's only got us.i don't blame Jai falling in love is the best thing in life.

When Jai came back home mum was happy as could be,making him breakfast every day buying him things and giving him money every week for nothing.She'd start calling me the 'other thing' it's like she can't even remember my name anymore...it hurts.
