It has been a year sins Reaper was saved, everyone was happy to know that Frisk and you reader was ok but that happiness torn to hate wen everyone saw Reaper. Everyone was going to hurt Reaper for what she has done but Chara and the others protected her telling everyone that she did not meant to hurt everyone, that her soul lost its color making her to forget everyone but not only everyone but also her self. It took 10 days for everyone to forgive Reaper for all the horrible things she has done, but in the end they forgive her for all the bad things.
The barrier that keep all the monsters underground but humans was destroyed. All the monsters were free and the left the underground.
As for Rose, she staid underground making sure that humans wont hurt the animals and to make sure that everything stays beautiful just in case if other humans want to come visit the underground.
Emma went back to were she belongs, in the void helping her father with his work and also making sure that nothing bad happens in the void and in the human world.

Chara helps Moffat with her restaurant sins she has gotten in problem by putting high praises on everything.
Reaper helps Toriel by teaching human and monsters to use magic.
