THIRD PERSON P.O.V.
The members heard the door open.
"I think Xiumin's back." Kris said before secretly grabbing another chicken wing with his left hand while his right was occupied with a game controller.
"AHA!" Chanyeol stood up from his seat on the floor and yelled in victory with his hands in the air.
He pointed at Kris and laughed evilly. "16-3 CHANYEOL!" He shamelessly high-fived himself.
"Screw this," Kris scoffed and threw the controller to the space beside him. "I don't need a stupid game to tell me that I'm the coolest of the cool."
Just then, the sound of someone's voice had echoed through the whole room where all eleven of them rested. A sound that they missed.
"H-Hey guys..." D.O stuttered and rubbed his nape.
"Kyung... soo?"
"Look," He started and looked down at the floor, unable to meet their eyes, "before anyone says anything else, I just wanted to apologize." He sighed. "I've been really sensitive over the past weeks and I was too blind to see what was in front of me, I'm sorry..."
They all didn't respond, which made D.O even more nervous as he played with his fingers behind his back.
Suddenly, Baekhyun broke the silence. "AWW, OUR KYUNGSOO HAS GROWN UP!"
The other cooed right after him.
"YAH!" D.O yelled in annoyance. "DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO GATHER MY COURAGE, TO COME HERE AND APOLOGIZE WHILE PUTTING MY PRIDE ON THE LINE?"
Suho chuckled at his outburst. "It's okay, you're forgiven. It's not like it wasn't partly our fault either." He spoke for the rest.
"Yeah, I mean, we did intrude on your personal-ness." Kai said with a pout.
"I was just trying to be a bit more independent, but I guess I still need to work on it..." D.O said and chuckled while feeling embarrassed.
"No, you've grown a lot, Kyungsoo. I'm sure everyone here agrees." Xiumin said and eyed everyone in the room.
They nodded heads and agreed with smiles.
"Now come and join us on the couch. We were just watching Kris lose for the one thousandth time against Chanyeol." Chen said and gestured to the empty space beside him.
"No way, I was just getting started. This is only practice!"
"What happened to 'I don't need a stupid game to'--" Baekhyun laughed and imitated him until he was cut off by none other than the cold city guy himself.
"Stop living in the past and start living in the present, geez." Kris mumbled loud enough for everyone to hear.

"We haven't talked in a while... have we?" Yeon Ah slowly said and chuckled, trying to break the awkwardness around them.
"Yeah..." Haneul responded, chuckling as well to go along with it.
