Chapter 1

Jack's pov

I could hear alex in the back of the bus talking on the phone. Im guessing he was talking to lisa. My whole body fringed with disgust. See lisa is Alex's girlfriend. Has been for two years now. She just seems too snobby for me. Always battering her eyes twirling her hair trying to look innocent. I just hated her. And no i am not jealous...ok maybe a tad bit. I have had a crush on my bestfriend ever since we met. Honestley i never i thought i was into guys, but i just feel attracted to Alex. Their is something about his caramel eyes and the way he wears those skinny jeans with the american flag that just seems all too perfect for me. The sad thing is. He has no idea that his bestfriend loves him more then he could even imagine. I get up from the couch and decide to go to my bunk passing by matt who was on his laptop probably taking care of us not getting into jail by all the dumb shit we do. That is how you know he is a keeper. Making my way through all the trash on the floor i hop up to my bed and take out my phone and plug in my earbuds blasting blink 182.

Inturrupting me mid way a random alex pulls open my curtain. "HEEYYYA JACK-O guess what?" he aks me staring at me with a dumb smile plastered on his face. "What?" i say pulling of my earbuds to better hear him. He smacks my leg and whines like  5 year old "Noooo jack you have to guess. That's the point!" i smile at his childish ways. "Well jeez lex i dunno just tell me" i say. He then rolls his eyes at me. What a diva. "Lisa is coming on tour with us this week" he says smiling. Just then my stomach drops. Well how fun. "Oh cool..." i say trailing off looking down playing with a thread on my shirt. He looks at me trying to read my expression. "Hey" he says as he puts his hand on my leg "you ok?" "Yeah im fine just you know feeling a bit sick" before he could answer i inturupt him just as he was about to speak "Hey im going to sleep a bit to try and shake it off. Later kay" i quickly pull my bunk curtain close and put in my earbuds. I feel a warm teardrop start to roll down my cheek. Jesus get it together jack. You don't even have a chance in the first place. This is your BESTFRIEND. I know he is..but i need him so bad i say to myself i say in a small whisper.
