And that's it.
Miriam is Missing is a story I'm very proud of. Finishing it is something I've had as a priority for a while,  and even though it didn't take me long to write this, I'm still thoroughly pleased with how it turned out.

Funnily enough, I didn't do much planning to write this story. It was very much hit and miss, and I made up a lot of it along the way. Gradually, bits and pieces made sense and formed a coherent story. One, albeit short, but still pretty solid story.

I'm actually still reeling from the shock of having people read this, that's something I never expected. It takes a lot to get noticed on wattpad, and even though I certainly can't compare my views to other stories on wattpad, I'm still immensely gratified for the people who have read this rollercoaster of a book.

I hope to get this published one day, after a lot of editing, and I want to have the ability to share my writing with everyone.

I've focused on a very heavy topic, which is domestic abuse. Nick and Miriam's relationship is very toxic, and even though I have embellished some parts i.e. nick killing Miriam and then killing himself (yes, he does kill himself) I have still stuck to the very root of abuse.

I hope this has inspired someone, and I truly believe writing is one of our biggest savours. Writing stories, poetry, music etc- are some of the strongest ways of helping someone and providing comfort.

So thanks to all those who have read this, I'm grateful and I'm not gonna ramble anymore because truly, this story is rather non existent.
And I wouldn't have it any other way.
(For all those grammar nazis out there, yes a lot of the sentences in this book are supposed to start with connectives and/or lowercase letters 😂)
Also huge thank you to star-lite for this beautiful cover!
