Kaname sat next to his boyfriends bed still awaiting him to wake up. Hearing the door open he Then looked to his side to see the same people that had left so quickly last night. Hikarou struggled in Yukis arms. "I swear he gets bigger everyday." Kaname stood up and Yagari sniffed. "He is a vampire Yuki. They grow quickly." Yuki looked at Yagari before blushing. "Oh yeah... I kind of forgot." "Besides that he is a little behind I think his body and mind is finally catching up to where he should be." Kaname said this as he patted the infant on the head who looked at him. Hikarou then began to cry like he had the previous night. "Mommy!" Kaname took the small child and silently shushed him. "Mommy's sleeping." "No I'm not." Everyones heads snapped towards the silver haired boy as Hikarou struggled in Kanames arms reaching for him. Zero went to sit up so that he could take the small Infant but let out a hiss and fell back down to his original state instead. "What's the matter Zero?" Zero glared at Cross but brought his hand up to his rib cage. "A sharp pain." "I will go get the nurse." Yuki ran out of the room as she said this. Hikarou reached and Zero brought his hand out letting the small child grasp his "mothers" finger. Zero smiled slightly before closing his eyes. "Don't fall asleep Zero. You could slip Into a coma." Zero opened one eye and glared at the pure blood but opened both eyes none the less. Yuki came back in with a nurse who walked up to Zero checking his IV bags before examinging him. She then lifted his gown and felt across his rib cage. As she touched a specific spot Zero hissed once more. "That's a broken rib. I dont know how we could have missed that yesterday." The nurse began to grab some bandages and wrapped them around the silver haired boy who kept his hand out for the baby. Once he was wrapped up the nurse told him he was not allowed to bend over or pick anything up that's heavier than 5 lbs. "Are you sure he doesnt have any internal issues?" The nurse turned to Kaname. "Positive." She then left the room and Zero managed to sit up right so that he could hold the small infant. "Awe Zero is such a good mommy." The level D glared at Yuki who stuck out her tongue. Pretty soon a knock came to the door and shortly after Zeros parents walked in. "Our son is a good what?" The group looked at the silver haired man who had spoke with wide eyes until Yagari spoke. "I thought you were dead." The older man smiled and patted Yagari on the back. "Its good to see ya! And no we are not. Thought we were then we weren't." "So you basically abondaned your children?" Zeros mom shook her head violently. "No. We thought for sure they were dead too." They then turned to Zero concern in their eyes. "What happened Zero?" "Nothing but a carriage." Haikrou began to giggle and reached up to touch his moms face. "Zero. Why do you have a baby?" "I found him and I kept him." Zeros dad cleared his throat. "Surely you do not plan on keeping him. Especially considering what he is." The silver haired boy glared and held the child closer to him. "Of course I plan on keeping him. Kaname and me both." The couple looked at the oure blood then back at their son. "What does Kaname have to do with this?" "We are a couple."
