"Eden, come on sis, get in the car, there's no Time to play games" Joshua shouted from the car.

"I'm not playing!" I shouted back then locked the door behind me, stuffing my phone in my pocket.

"Do you want something from Starbucks?" He asked. I shook my head, "Donut shop?" He asked, I nodded slightly.

"Of course" he chuckled, he started to reverse out of the driveway when I looked out the window.

Next door was man digging something, maybe weeds or a broken pipe?

He was wearing a gray wife beater, "that's our neighbor, you never see him because you're indoors all day" Joshua said, seeing that I was looking over at our neighbor apparently.

He looked up in our direction momentarily, then looked back down slowly as if not caring.

"You know his name?" I asked him still looking at the man. "Mailbox says Lopez" Joshua sighed, the man looked up again then waved us off as Joshua switched gears.

Joshua waves back while I looked away shyly. "That's a last name though" I told joshua. "Then there's your answer quirt" he chuckled.

I shook my head, laughing , "He's a senior history teacher, you might get him next year" Joshua said. I simply nodded then kept looking out my window to the now familiar town.

You see, I live with my oldest brother , apparently my parents passed away in a car accident that I don't seem to remember. He claims it happened years ago, their death doesn't phase me, how could it? I don't remember them.

Joshua has been there for me through and through to help me get my memory back, even though I got some, I didn't get all of it. Especially not of my parents or much about myself.

He claims I'm a way different person than I was before, so I am guessing I was the complete opposite as I am now? How scary.

Soon I was in the drop off zone in my new school, I was looking at all the sorts of kids walking in through the several gates.

"Hey you're going to be fine, I'll pick you up when you get out, you get off at 2, be good" he said. I nodded my head then got out of the car, hesitating as I did so.

"I love you Eden" he said with a sad smile, "love you too, Joshua" I replied then closed the door, turned around and began to walk towards the gates.

Kids of all labels walked past me, alone or in groups, me, I was alone, obviously.

None of the kids looked familiar, maybe like one or two that I've seen at the grocery store or at the movie theaters but nothing more.

I had to go to the front office because I didn't come to my orientation, so I had to manually pick up my schedule.

I pried open the door of the office walking in, being welcomed in by chatter between staff members, cool air and stares.

A lady up front with brown eyes smiled at me, "hello, sweetie, how may I help you?" She asked, I looked at her name tag, Valeria.

"Hi, Miss Valeria, I'm new to this school, and I do not have my schedule" I said shyly.

"Oh I'll get it for you right now, but first I need your name sweetie" she chuckled.
