Chapter Twenty

The whole class period, I was being talked about, and starred at by my peers.

It was a strange feeling, but I was getting treated like I was famous, just for dating Andy.

While all my peers were focused on speaking about me, Lopez had been ignoring me the entire class.

So I was just awkwardly sitting there, watching as people talked about me and watched as Andy would occasionally just stared at me with loving eyes.

The bell finally rang, I began to grab my items when some students came up to me.

They were saying we made a cute couple, or they congratulated me as if we were married.

The only thing I could do was nervous laugh and just thank them.

"Alright, alright, let her breathe." Andy stood up pushing past the kids to reach me.

He put his arm around me causing girls to aw.

I blushed slightly, he then placed a small kiss on my cheek.

We all began to leave the classroom to leave to our break.

"Bye, Joe!" I shouted over my shoulder.

But I got no response.

He must be in a bad mood, or he did say something and I simply didn't hear him.

After the party and our public relationship, I was being talked to wherever I go, people were asking to be friends with me or I would like to hang out with them.

"How does it feel being miss popular?" Andy teased.

"This is your doing!" I pointed at him, laughing as we kept walking to our next class.

*A week later*

Lopez and Seth have been ignoring me all week, I do not understand why, did I do something to them, or did I say something wrong?

I needed to talk to Lopez, so I decided I was going to do that at the end of the day.

As of right now, I was sitting down with andy during lunch, we were eating our pizza he had ordered and had delivered to his last period class.

"hey, andy, I'm going to go talk to Lopez after school, if that's okay" I said to him then took a bite from my pizza.

"Why? So he can ignore you still?" Andy rose an eyebrow.

I stopped chewing and looked down.

He sighed, "Alright, I will wait for you" he said to me then took a bite of his own pizza.

Just then Seth went walking towards us.

"Mm, Seth!" I called after him, he glanced over his shoulder and came to a Stop.

I waved him over, but he only slightly waved and continued walking.

"And you call him knowing very well he's ignoring you, too" andy said with a hint of annoyance.
