"Thena can you grab Luna please?"

"Where's Dad?"

"Is Ash back from practice yet?"

"I can't find my backpack!"

I grab Luna as the chaotic mess that is my house continues in the kitchen as I walk out finding Ash walking in the front door from practice.

"Crazy in there?" He asks and I nod "Don't even go in there." He nods before heading upstairs with me following behind with Luna.

I take Luna into her room to change her into her pajamas while I can still hear my dad and Caroline trying to figure out where Emmy put her backpack, and who's taking Dex to football practice Monday night. It was total madness, but it was home. There was a total of five kids in the house, one dog, one roaming cat, and two parents. One parent only being mine.

"Whatcha think Lulu?" I kiss her head and stand her up on her changing table. "Mommy and daddy are going crazy aren't they?" She giggles in response.

Sure it was easier having Asher and I, we're both 17 almost 18 so we're able to take the young ones when we need to. But with school starting, all h.ell has broken loose. Our dad works at mine and Ash's high school, he's the theater and music teacher which you wouldn't guess by looking at him. He's also the head coach for the Moore Lions, has been since Ash and I were eight. Caroline's currently trying to go back to work, but with all the little ones it's been a slow process.

Dad met Caroline his first year coaching, her little brother was on the team. Two year later they had my little brother Dexter, got married, then had Emilia a two years after. Luna was the "oops" kid, she turns one this coming October. Dex is seven and Emilia is five, so there's a huge age gap obviously.

"You coming with to the barn party tonight?" Ash asks walking into Luna's nursery.

"That was the plan, Kenz and Zoe are going. Maybe Eleanor will be there too," I shrug and Asher scoffs "Yeah like Potter kids will have the nerve to show up." I pick Luna up and give her the bottle and put her into her crib.

"It's not a Moore party Asher, it's right in between both towns, even Walcott kids show up and they're twenty minutes away," I say ushering him out of Luna's room so she can go to sleep.

"Plus what's wrong with Eleanor? She use to go to Moore, it's not her fault her parents decided to move." I follow Ash to his room "I didn't say anything was wrong with her, I'm just saying Potter kids should stay away."

I leave Asher to himself and run downstairs quick to find silence for the first time in three days. I walk into the kitchen to find Caroline and my dad talking over glasses of wine.

"Mommy and daddy juice time?" I question grabbing a water from the fridge "Are you and Ash going to that party tonight?" Caroline quietly asks since Emmy and Dex were just in the living room.

"We want to, last party before school and all." I shrug taking a sip of water. "Just like I always say Thena-"

"Be safe, be cautious, keep one eye on Asher and my other on anything or anyone suspicious," I cut him off "We've been over this before dad, I'll be fine and so will Asher." he nods "And Lulu's in bed, bottle and all."

"You're a lifesaver," Caroline smiles "What am I gonna do when you head off to college next year?" I laugh "You've still got some time with me, don't worry."
