"Shuffle!" I shout as Kenz and I warmed the girls up. Tonight was our home opener, and what was attracting such a big crowd was because it's against Potter. The bleachers were filling up fast and it was only twenty minutes until game time.

And no sign of Harry, I've been checking every so often. "Adkins warm up Gerald!" our coach shouts and I nod kicking some balls over by the net. Kenz got the girls doing the passing drill we do to warm up and I took shots on our goalie Kayla Gerald. "We'll start slow," I say and Kayla nods as I start taking some shots from the penalty spot.

I switch out with Kenzie to get some passing in before our shooting drill. While waiting in line for our shooting drill, I looked up by the bleachers and saw a familiar head of curls going up the stairs. I looked closer and saw the black ADKINS 12 on the back of the hoodie and smiled.

Harry was here.

He went up into the stands with Louis sitting near Eleanor's mom. "Captains go get your girls ready!" coach shouts "Line up ladies!" I call and we get in two lines with our partners. Kenz and I lead out twenty girls up to the locker room to change from our warm up shirts to our jerseys.

"Alright ladies, home opener!" Kenz claps "Who's ready to kick some a.ss?" I say grinning and we all shout and cheer. "Are we gonna get that win?" Kenz shouts and all the girls scream in response. "Let's go line up!" I shout as we go to leave the locker room.

We walk down to the field where Potter was warming up on the opposite side of where we were. Once we hit the grass all the Moore supporters start cheering and I look over at Kenzie with a smirk on my face. "Let's go captain," she says putting her hand up and I give her a high five. We go over to the bench where our coach Val and coach Terry were standing "Alright let's go over starting positions-" "Captains!" Val is cut off by the referees "Adkins you're left wing, Day you're striker." We both nod and head to the center circle for the coin toss.

Eleanor and Camila were the captains from Potter, El and I immediately grinned once we saw each other. "Captains shake hands," we all shook hands "Potter is visiting, call in the air heads or tails." "Tails," Eleanor says and it falls onto heads. "We'll take ball first," I say "We'll take this side," El points to the side they're standing on. "Alright, Moore has ball first and Potter is defending this side. Good luck ladies."

Immediately once we're done we hear Eleanor's mom "El and Thena!" we look at each other and I jump right onto Eleanor and cling to her like a koala. "Good luck El," I smile "Good luck Thena," she smiles back "I see our men." She smirks and I roll my eyes going back to my bench.

"Alright ladies game time, we know where to go?" Val says and we all nod and say a chorus of "Yes." "Let's go crush those panthers!" We all shout and cheer more "Lions on three!" I yelled "One, two, three Lions!"

Within the first five minutes we got past Potter's defense multiple times but just couldn't get our shots on frame. "Corner!" the referee says "Adkins your take!" Val shouts and I nod grabbing the ball and setting it up by the corner flag. I raise my arm up and then bring it down as I struck the ball, it went right to the center of the mass of players and Kenz jumped up and headed the ball in for a goal. The girls hugged and Kenzie, her and I pointed each other down before she ran to hug me. "Good take!" she cheered "Good header!" I responded as we went back to our positions.

I get another ball passed out to me and I cross it in just outside the eighteen yard box, but instead of it going to the center towards Kenz I bent it to try and get it in the goal. It worked. "Yes lady!" Kenz shouts giving me high five's and another hug. "Go Thena!" I hear Emmy scream and I look over in the bleachers and see her standing and waving so I waved back smiling.
