Chap 6 - Im Fine

Yumi here~ I realized how short my chapters were so erm... I'm posting more. XD hahaha... Sorry guys. Vote and review please~

Outside their rooms, the group had gathered. Turps and Lewis were talking about something important that no one else took part in as Duncan, Kim and Yumi began to talk about what they were going to do for the rest of the week. Then a thought hit Kim.

"Wait, Yumi. Don't you have school tomorrow? Or today for that matter?" Kim asked and Duncan looked down towards Yumi as well.

Yumi looked surprised. "I don't go to school. I finished high-school this year."

Kim and Duncan gave each other a look.

"Hey but is it really okay? It's getting pretty late. I don't want the police to start a search mission for a missing girl."Duncan said in a teasing voice.

"It's fine. I live alone."

Kim looked like she was going to ask another question but Lewis walked in at this point. Yumi breathed out in relief as the conversation was placed on halt. The group then made their way to grab another taxi. It wasn't a very long ride but still took about 20 minutes. While waiting, the group decided to ask some questions for Yumi and the Yogscast.

"So.. Who's your favorite Yogscast member?"

"Lewis and Rythian."

Duncan started to put on a fake deep voice. "The Endermage huh. Hahahahaha.."

Yumi rolled her eyes as she pushed Duncan lightly.

"Okay, my turn. Lewis, how is your relationship with the other Yogscast members?"

Lewis blinked. "It's okay. Simon and me, you know banter. Duncan's fun as long as you leave his machete out of the equation." Duncan laughed lightly at this point. "Turps is really fun and easy to work with. It's like finally a guy who does actual work. Kim is really cool. Or cute. Depends on the way you think of it."

A series of "awwwwww"s went though the small group and Kim even gave Lewis a small hug. The question game soon went onto a lighter tone with questions about the movies they like or their favorite color. It wasn't long till they arrived at their destination.

At Clarke Quay, the small group walked together passed many restaurants but most of them appeared to be bars. Those that didn't seem to allow teenagers under 18. They then settled for a store that was shaped like a boat and everyone ordered their food. Turps and Duncan both had a little alcohol. Kim was tempted, but she decided that not to so that she'll be able to enjoy her time back in Southeast-Asia better. After the meal, they decided to take a walk along the Singapore River and to take some photos.

As they walked Yumi began to fall behind to look at the scenery. Lewis noticed and he slowed his steps to match Yumi.

"Yumi are you okay?" Lewis asked in a worried tone.

Yumi smiled. "I'm fine... Just thinking."

"Yumi... What's wrong? You can tell me you know.." Lewis tried again.

Yumi took a deep breath. "I was just.. Thinking of the last time I came here with my parents."

Lewis took in the information light-heartedly but he could see that Yumi still had something she wanted to say. "Did something happened?"

Yumi shook her head but the words that came from her mouth seem to deny her reaction. "They... They died in a car accident in Malaysia."

Yumi could hear Lewis suddenly take in a sharp gasp of breath but he stayed silent. Suddenly Kim appeared out of nowhere, pulling Yumi into a hug as a few tears fell.

"Yumi..."

"Yeah..?"

"Stay with me tonight. I'll be lonely."

Yumi suddenly giggled, earning a few worried glances from the Yogscast members.

"Kyo and Echo are so going to kill me when they find out."
