Ayesha's Point Of View:

Loki had gone, where? I did not know, he left with no explanation but "I have something I needed to do"

Did it involve me?

The group I was entrusted upon were quite friendly in general although they did have overwhelming negativities against Loki, I couldn't understand why, yes he was known for his dark side but he had been nothing but good to me.

Thor was adequate company, very polite and protective, always asking if I was okay, but I couldn't trust him, not after what he had did to Loki. Loki had informed me that Thor was the one who destroyed the BiFrost, so that means the chaos that ensued was by Thors doing.

Fandrall was the nicest one of the group after seeing how they all addressed Loki, in my heart I couldn't bring myself to trust them at all.

We rode through Asgard, Fenrir was the perfect horse, he was jet black, obedient and ran at very high speeds.

With the group, I found we were indeed heading towards an arena of some sort.

"This here is a place of training," Sif explained. She was a tad stiff with me, I knew she didn't like me that much and I had my own reservations about her.

"It helps us prepare for battle, keep our strength and stamina up," Thor added, sensing a small amount of hostility between Sif and I.

"It's not as of you need it Thor!" Fandrall rejoiced, joking with his friend.

"Which one of you cowards are up for a duel with me?" Sif, challenged, teasing, they all found fun in combat, which to me was quite peculiar.

The warriors three mumbled quietly to each other, Thor was about to volunteer before I stood up to the challenge.

"Lady Ayesha, are you sure?" Thor questioned, worried for me, his mother had trusted him to keep me safe from harm, "Lady Sif is the one of the finest warriors Asgard has ever produced."

"I want to do it," I smiled, preparing my footing in the middle of the arena, facing my foe, "besides it will be fun! It's not everyday someone like me can say they duelled with an Asgardian warrior!"

The battle began, Sif ran towards me with her weapon of choice, her trusty blade. I held my shield in front of me and the impact of Sifs blow shook me to the floor, grazing my face and digging my head against the dusty ground.

This was received by raucous applause from the small audience, all except Thor. Sif smiled victorious over me, I pushed her hand away lifting myself up.

"Anyone else?" She was finished with me already? Well I wasn't with her!

"Hey, good lady Sif," I retaliated, causing her turn to me in surprise, "I do not recall hearing a bell, one more round!"

Sif softly laughed, coming back into the challenge. I threw my shield to the ground, to which Sif scoffed.

"I think you're going to need that!" She laughed, pointing to the shield.

"No I won't, I assure you, are you ready?" I had my secret, my own weapon.

Sif again charged towards and just before her blade met with my skin I slightly crouched my knees, tilted my head and bent my arms, disappearing from view and reappearing in Sif's starting position, "I'm over here!" This time the applause was genuine, Thor and his friends watched, bewildered at what I had just done.

I shot blades of ice in Sifs direction, it was actually she who needed the shield and as they distracted her I leapt over to her, a green glow developing as I sent a blast, toppling her down, causing her to bleed from a small but harmless wound from her forehead, she was defeated. The glorious warrior snarled at me, she saw the green magic and I could instantly tell she had suspected something.

"Who taught you this magic?" Thor inquired and rightly so.

I couldn't tell him the truth, Loki would never forgive me if I did, "My parents were talented in the field of tricks, it was only inevitable they would teach their only offspring their traits!"

This explanation was sufficient but I could tell from Sifs frowning expression that she was not buying my statement.

Later that day, when we tended to the horses, I could hear Sif discussing me with Thor saying, "Is it me or does she remind me you of -?"

Thor cut her off, "Loki? Of course not ! They are completely different, I know their looks resemble each other but they are not connected."

"How do you explain her magic then? It's just like his!"

"You heard her!" Thor defended me, not knowing Sif was correct, "Inhabitants of the borders have inherited such skills, and besides when they met earlier today it was quite clear one did not recognise the other. I would not worry about it!"

I combed my fingers through Fenrirs fur, he was gorgeous, magnificent and I could understand why Loki had him as his horse. While I was deep in my thoughts, Volstagg came to join me.

"It's a good horse isn't it?"

"Yes!" I sighed.

"It's funny, he doesn't usually allow anyone but his master to ride him!" He laughed heartily.

"Loki?" I asked, intrigued.

"Yes, Loki. It's a very temperamental horse so you must have something special about you that managed to tame the wild beast."

"Every animal can be tamed with love, no matter how wild," I stated, "can you tell me more about Fenrirs master?"

"Umm.. Well, he's not a good soul, sly and known to commit acts of betrayal and evil," Volstagg answered, I knew he would say that.

"But what crimes has been accused of committing? What actions would a person do that would result in people perceiving him in such a way."

"He invaded Midgard, attempting to rule the people of Earth and brought an army called the Chitauri with him. An army that was bent on chaos and destruction." Fandrall intruded into the conversation.

"Not to mention he tried to overthrow his King, destroy his brother and successfully tore Jotunheim, the realm of the frost giants apart." Sif added in, glaring right at me, "stay away from him."

I was so confused, I hated them talking of Loki this way. They described an inhumane, power thirsty monster, but that was not how he was to me, and Frigga didn't treat him as such. But he did tell me about his encounter with the Avengers, but not about the rest of it.

"Loki has changed Lady Ayesha, my kind and caring brother is no longer in their. His jealousy of me and longing for a throne had made him the way he is, his mischief is chaotic. If only you knew him before all of this. He was once a sweet, loving boy but I am afraid he is never to return. He's a broken soul trying to hide his woes through evil."

They didn't know Loki they way I did. Sure he was mischievous, but he was the best thing in my life. I didn't see him as a man with a heart of ice. They made him that way, I was sure of it. He was not at all broken, Loki was in fact the most confident and strongest person I knew. They were all so wrong about Loki, even his so-called brother. I knew the truth, Loki had told me himself.

(Authors note: I have a question: what do you all think of Ayesha? I personally like her but I'd love to know what you think!

As usual comment your thoughts and also any theories :) )
