"Loki I have told you time and time again not to go to Earth," Odin boomed from his throne.

Loki was handcuffed and chained at the neck, the weight of the shackles pulling him down but still he found the strength to stand in perfectly straight posture and had the bravery to smirk.

"You've got it all wrong this time," he chuckled, "And what? You're just going to throw me back into my cell, is that it?"

"Loki-"

"That's hardly fair it is it?" Loki questioned, "but come to think of it fairness was never your strong point." He attempted to approach nearer to Odin but the guards on both sides of the lost prince held him from the shoulders, stopping him from going any further.

"The cell is the only place where I know you will not cause caos and the universe would be safe from your mischief," Odin decided. Loki predicted the judgement, but there was nothing he could do to change it. He felt his cold heart burn with rage, for once Loki was innocent.

"Odin!" Frigga cried, entering the long hall as The guards began dragging Loki away, he looked at her desperately, she was his only means of escaping The sentence.

"Frigga no," Odin insisted, "he has to face up to the commupence of his his crimes."

"But what crimes Odin?" Frigga argued, never before did she confront her husband, but this time was different, she knew Loki needed his freedom. "Nobody has died with him going to Earth, Odin please listen, he needs to go back, I trust him, believe me."

Odin looked at his wife, she was greatly passionate in her plea to save her sons life, how could he ignore it? He cast his gaze over Loki who was glaring at him with narrowed eyes, challenging. What Frigga said was true, what great crime had Loki commited? He proved himself when he helped Thor stop the dark elves and Malekith. But he did disobey the order never to return to Midgard.

"Very well," Odin declared, surprisingly chainging his mind, "you have one chance, if you betray Frigga's trust, the dungeons will be your home for the rest of eternity."

Loki's POV:

I was relieved to have had escaped from an endless future in my cell. Frigga had helped me once again. I had her trust, I knew I would never have Odin's, he despised me, it was obvious.

Until Odin had passed his judgement to allow me my freedom, I had been forced to dwell on the dungeons for some time.

"It's going to have been a while since she last saw me," I muttered to myself, suiting back into my clothing, not the simple rags of prison attire, "I wonder how sea gotten along without me."

Now that I was allowed to travel to Midgard freely, I decided to aggravate Odin and Heimdall for that matter by going via the BiFrost. I strode in, with a smile, knowing Heimdall couldn't do anything about it, "Open the BiFrost to Earth, and if you're thinking about tracking me, please don't."

Heimdells expression remained unchanged, he looked at me, but he couldn't argue, "I must listen to you but I do not have to like you."

"Well I don't have to do either," I retorted mockingly as I passed through and entered one again on Earth territory.

It was night but Ayesha was nowhere to be seen. I knew she was still alive because her calls of my name kept pestering me until I returned. But where was she?
