Selena stares at the white walls of her cell. She had long since stopped thinking that Leon would come and rescue her, and she had even let go of her panic. What was left was a dangerous feeling to have held up inside a superhuman.
Anger.
It bubbled inside of her and made her eyes burn. Hell, it made her entire body burn. Her pale skin was tinged a light shade of pink, and her lips were set in a thin line so like her father's that it would have made Chris Redfield nervous. Her knees were pulled up to her chest, but her hands gripped the metal table on either side of her. She could feel it bending against her palms.
Her need to get out of the cell was the only thing that didn't just flit through her mind and leave her. She didn't care how, but she was going to get out.
First, she thought she might wait for that boy to come back. He never did. Then, she thought she'd wait for someone else, anyone else to come through, but no one did. So now, she stands up and walks up to the door herself.
First, she peers through the thick bullet proof glass window in the door about the size of a photograph and sees a long empty hallway. Nothing too interesting. Next, she scans the palm reader lock on the door. If she smashed it, surely the power would go down, but the alarms would go off. At the moment, Selena didn't really care. Likely they were watching her in the camera even now.
She felt her eyes burn in their sockets and without her permission her fist flew at the sensor. Electricity tingled her skin, but adrenaline, or whatever was inside her, barely made her bat an eye. The doors small green light blinked red and then went dark, and alarms started to sound. Selena lifted her leg and kicked the steel door as hard as she could. It opened, practically flying off its slide, with a sizable dent in the middle. Selena stepped over it casually, and ascended the hallway.
Red lights flickered in the hallway, and the sound of the alarms pierced her ears painfully, so that she had to cover them with her hands as she ran towards the door at the end of the hall. She flew by the other compartments with various scientists and people in fancy suits stared at her in horror. Some even went out into the Hall to yell at her.
Selena ignored them all as she tore open the door to be met with a squadron of men with bulky uniforms and fire arms. Sebastian was among them, though towards the back. He looked down at her with disdain in his eyes. He tuts and shakes his head. Selena snarls and wraps her hands around one of the soldiers throats, shoving him against the wall, and kicking up to the side of her at another man. She punches, kicks, and even headbutts her way to Sebastian.
The man only smirks at her as she is grabbed from behind and Sebastian produces a syringe and plunges it into her neck.

Chris Redfield stands in the middle of the courtyard of a large estate. An estate that reminded him so much of the Spencer estate that it gave him chills. If being surrounded by the infected wasn't bad enough.
A helicopter could be heard rustling the leaves and harshly forcing the wind to whip the night air. It was getting closer. Chris was angry already, but now he had just run out of bullets and his emergency evacuation was taking too long. Chris got out his knife, holstering his weapon, and got ready for a close quarters brawl.
Heavy, thudding, footsteps of something really big, and the metallic sound of a chain could barely be heard. Chris, however, did hear it. The infected all seemed to halt, surrounding him. Out of the shadows, four figures appeared. One was the man Chris instantly recognized as Glenn Arias. Another was Cathy White.
Cathy's eyes shown a bright, ugly milky white and blue, and her skin looked dingy and grey. It looked awful with her purple dress suit. She was stumbling forwards ahead of the group. Chris' mouth was dry. At least he didn't have to explain to her that he had found her son. Or rather, Zach had found his team...and had eaten them.
Only there was something different about her. Cathy seemed to have some sort of cognitive response because she was looking right at him, but not directly attacking him, not like the others.
The other two in the group was a huge looking mutant with a metal face mask, and chains worn like a leash, or maybe jewelry? Directly to his left was a woman with long blonde hair and odd colored eyes. They were blood red.
Chris decided to engage Arias. "Arias!"
The man walks up to him with a sneer. Triggered, Chris throws a punch, which Arias blocks, grabbing him and twisting Chris' knife out of his hand and knocking Chris in the back of the head with the handle. Chris stumbles back; Arias elbows him in the face. Chris manages to dodge it and rams Arias like a bull, but again, Arias deflects him. Chris does manage to land a few blows to Arias, just as Arias returns the favor.
Arias slaps Chris in the face, and plucks the Rifle from the man's back, bringing it around and holding Chris captive against him. Next, he pushes Chris away, drops the empty rifle, and pulls out his own pistol, unloading a couple rounds into Chris's vest.
Chris falls to the ground with a grunt. Trying to force himself up, he glares at Arias. The man smiles cruelly at Chris. "Thanks to you, I'll have to move my business elsewhere."
"You son of a bitch," Chris shouts.
"Please," Arias scoffs. "I'm a business man. I make good products available to anyone who wants to buy. And at reasonable prices. For example: this;" Arias turns around and motions forward Cathy. The woman stumbles forward, screaming as she does. "Exquisite specimen."
"Cathy," Chris sighs. "Bastard!"
Arias shakes his head as if Chris Redfield was the most pathetic thing he had ever seen. He walks over to Cathy and places a hand on her shoulder. "The wonderful thing about my product is that they can tell the difference between Ally, and enemy." He let's go of Cathy and she starts to stumble toward Chris, gurgling and growling. "You'll have to forgive me. My Niece seems to be causing some trouble," Arias says offhandedly while peering at his smart watch, and turning his back on the scene, walking away.
His other two companions follow him.

Alice purses her lips, leaning over a map of the city. She is at Leon's apartment at the table, clearly the only sober one. Leon's got a glass of whiskey in his hand and a half full bottle on the counter beside him. He is leaning back in his chair watching Alice.
His eyes are hooded and dark, having not slept more than thirty minutes since Selena's disappearance. His scruff was back on his cheeks and he didn't care to shave it. His hair was messier than anyone had ever seen it. It just didn't happen. He looked like a bum. Even was starting to smell like one.
Alice looked on at him in pity. This was the worst episode yet, and she could deal with a lot, but she didn't know what to do in this situation. So she did the only thing she did know: she kept looking for a solution to find the girl and stop whatever was behind this.
Alice's phone buzzed in her pocket and she stood up strait to answer it. "It's Chris," she told Leon, and clicked the Answer button. "Hello." There was a pause. "Alright, come over as soon as you get back and get some rest. No one is taking down anyone if we are half asleep."
A/N: hey guys sorry this is way late. You probably expect it from me now, huh? I'm sorry....
Even so, let me know if you liked it and I promise things are really going to kick off in the next chapter, if you don't think they have already.
Don't be afraid to let me know what I should be doing differently, and your thoughts on the chapter, predicaments, etc. I love hearing from everyone!
