"Okay let's talk then."

Bellamy let go out Clarke's arm as she turned around to face him. "I just want to tell you sorry."

Clarke crossed her arms in front of her chest in an almost defensive manner. "You're sorry about what?"

"I'm sorry you saw Echo and I the other night."

"Okay and?"

Bellamy took a breathe, starting to get slowly irritated by Clarke's attitude. "I just know I bothered you considering you ignored me for a couple days."

"I honestly don't know what you're talking about."

Bellamy had heard enough. Clarke was going to hear what he had to say whether she wanted to or not.

"Cut the shit Clarke" Bellamy raised his voice. "Stop acting like nothing is wrong, because you know it's not very believable." Clarke opened her mouth to talk but was quickly cut off by Bellamy. "No you're going to let me say this. I know it upset you seeing Echo and I together, because it upset me too. A lot happened in six years, a lot of very unplanned things but that's in the past now. I listened to you ever single day, and every single day I wished to be down here with you." By now Bellamy had stepped forward, leaving only a small space between them. Clarke looked up at him as he continued his little speech. "It's not secret that I didn't like you at first, everyone at camp could see it. You were so stubborn and challenged me on everything and let me tell you, I wished there was tape so I could stop you from talking sometimes. But along the way I realized I needed that, I need you. You and O are the two most important people in my life, I care about you so much. I think it was the day when we found the guns was when I realized I can't do this without you. You told me to use my head but I don't see the point since I have you for that."

They just stood in silence as Clarke soaked in everything Bellamy had just said to her. She caught herself glancing at his lips, doing all she could to fight the urge she had.

"Bellamy I -" Clarke's couldn't finished because she was cut off by a yell coming from the beach.

"Clarke, Clarke!" At the sound of her name, Clarke turned around. She could tell something was wrong just by the urgency she heard in the voice, but when she turned around and saw Lena jumping and waving she knew it was urgent. Wasting no time at all, Clarke ran as fast as she could through the water and to the twins on shore. She didn't check to see if Bellamy was following but she could hear him splashing through the water as he ran behind her. As they got closer Clarke could see Lena standing and Kenna was sitting in the ground clutching her hand.

Clarke ran right up and crouched in front of Kenna. "What's wrong Kenna? What happened to your hand?"

Lena answered her instead since Kenna was crying. "Something bit her hand. I didn't know what it was, but it looked like a little black bug."

Clarke didn't think anything of it until Bellamy spoke up behind her. "But how is that possible? I thought no animals survived the death wave?"

Although Bellamy was right, Clarke wasn't focused on that at the moment. "Let's worry about that later, first let's make sure she doesn't have any bad reaction. Let's get her back to my mom just to be safe."

Bellamy didn't question her and swept Kenna up in his arms and started quickly walking to the rover.

Clarke grabbed Lena's hand. "Come on baby let's go home and make sure Kenna is okay."

.

"Well miss Kenna, you are a strong little girl. It may hurt a little bit, but you promise you won't itch it right?" Kenna nodded her head at Abby then ran off to find Lena.
