Day 8

I haven’t given up. It may seem like I threw in the towel and just accepted the fact that I was going to die, but I haven’t. I refuse to go down that easily and I refuse to die because some arse hole decided he wants to start some rebellion. I will survive this and I am willing to do whatever it takes.

I may have been quiet these past few days, but I’ve been planning. And I came up with the perfect plan. I just need for all the pieces to fall into place and so far, everything has been working into my favor.

The plan: tell Danielle everything. It’s a bit of a low blow, but, like I said, I am willing to do whatever to survive. The plan might be a little pathetic, well it’s not. It’s actually a brilliant plan. If I tell her everything and get her to feel sorry for me, she might be able to force Liam to accept me. Ok, maybe it is a little bit pathetic, but it’s worth a shot.

I already got Liam’s mom, found out her name is Karen, to give me Danielle’s address. His mom is on my sides. She thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous that her son is doing this and she promised me she’s doing whatever she can to convince him otherwise.

Danielle only lives about an hour from my house and I somehow managed to convince my mom that I feel well enough to drive myself. My health has really deteriorated these past few days. The headaches are stronger, I’m getting frequent nosebleeds, I lost quite a bit of weight because I can’t keep any weight, and I’m always running a temperature. But, today as been a good day, I’ve only got one nosebleed and I only have a small headache.

Liam’s been ignoring me these past few days. He’s really pissed that I got his mom involved in this, he went as far as to yell at me for being an idiot and not trusting. Well, frankly I’m pissed that he is the reason I am dying. I pointed out to him that it’s hard to be so trusting when he is killing me. Well, he won’t be ignoring me much longer.

I pulled up to this small house and killed the engine. I got out of the car and cuddled even further into my oversize sweatshirt. Even though it was still August, I am always unbearably cold. I walked up the driveway and to front door, where I rung the bell and waited.

No more than minute later, this beautiful girl around my age answered the door. This has to be the famous Danielle. Everything about this girl was beautiful and I could see why Liam loved her so much.

She gave me a confused look. “May I help you?”

I gulped. “Um, are you Danielle?”

Her confused look only grew. “That’d be me, who are you, if you don’t mind me asking?” Wow, she is so polite.
