Godzilla VS Tahu (Wattys 2017)

I've been wanting to do a crossover between my stories for some time. The idea came around the same time as the idea for the Bionicle story, but I wanted to complete the story itself first before I wrote a crossover. The idea to add 3DS from Console Wars came pretty late in development.

The story was heavily inspired by the films Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice and Captain America Civil War. Many of the story beats are the same. I took a few lines from both movies as well, but the only line I took directly from the movie was the "Is she with you" line, since that's one of my favourite lines from any superhero movie.

I was originally going to have the Toa and Kaiju fight Ghidorah's minions, who were powered up with Bionicle masks of their own, but in order to keep things streamlined, I had the Kaiju and Toa incased in crystal so the story would focus on Godzilla and Tahu.

I was also going to add PSVita from Console Wars, but since the story was at its core a crossover between Godzilla Warriors and Bionicle Renewal, I didn't want to add too many Console Wars elements. I also added characters from Steam Riders at the end, just to tie everything together.

This is the first of many crossovers I hope to write between my various stories. I have many more planned, thought none of them are canon to any of the series themselves. These crossovers exist in their own universe, separate from the stories themselves.
