Rochelle Kent POV
"Is everybody asleep?" My mom asked.

"Not me." I said.

"What're you doing?" She asked.

"Listening to music." I responded.

Today was a day before Christmas Eve and I'm getting nervous. Harlem doesn't know when he's coming back and it's getting me nervous. I closed my eyes and sighed thinking about him trying not to. Trying to calm myself down, I open my eyes and could feel Kash's leg on my lap. I put it down and smacked my teeth. After a long drive, we eventually made it to Uncle Orlando's holiday house. Everyone's car was parked and I saw Uncle Ty arriving. We got out of the car and made our way to Uncle Ty.

"Wassup Nephs? Niece?" He pulled us into hugs.

"Where's Aunt Nala and Ayana?" Kash questioned.

"They're already inside. I went to go and get some more ingredients for Keisha." We walked to the front door.

He unlocked the door and we entered the warm house. I could smell the fire in the fireplace already and I smiled to myself hearing Ayana sing a few Christmas songs.

"All I want for Christmas is a dollyyyyyy!" She exclaimed as she sang.

We walked into the living area and found my cousins seated on the couches as they watched Ayana sing. I gave them all a hug before talking a seat myself. I sat beside Daxton and he mugged me.

"What's the matter with you?" I furrowed my brows.

"Don't talk to me, just don't." He got up and left with Kash.

"What did I do?" I raised a brow.

"You. I had a chance to get a girlfriend from Jamaica but you took my phone and wrote some random shit to her. She don't wanna talk to me anymore." He explained.

"Tha--" I laughed.

"That wasn't me. I swear Dax." I stopped laughing immediately.

"It was me, bro. Why you cryin'?" Jeremiah sniggered.

"Whatever." He left the room.

"Where's Johan and Jamila?" Tobias questioned.

"Ughh..Why are they coming?" Romain rolled his eyes at the thought of the both of them.

"Because, they family." Jeremiah smacked his teeth.

"Not really, they ain't." Romain muttered.

"Yeah but Uncle Ty ain't our real uncle. Why you treating Ayana differently?" Lamar questioned.

"You just gotta let it go, Main. The beef is petty as fuck and you're both acting like kids. I can't believe me your younger brother, is saying this to you out of all people." Tobias shook his head.

"Y'all getting on my nerves.." Romain got up and left.

"Well, you all know what we gotta do." I looked at them all.

"Make them brothers!" Ayana exclaimed as I nodded my head.

Harlem Taylor POV
"I'm so sorry about your flight, Harlem." My mother came into my room.

"What about it?" I furrowed my brows.

"Nobody's flying out tomorrow." She sighed and sat on my bed.

"Great..(!)" I smacked my teeth.

"I'll try and find a way but with the snow coming in kinda heavy, it's too dangerous." She looked at me.
