Cuffed

Elizabeth's POV

I woke up with a mild headache but I felt like my brain was shaking I couldn't stand straight and I felt really dizzy. I hopped in the shower and put my hair up in a messy bun and walked downstairs in a sports bra and sleeping shorts I immediately made eye contact with Kade and we both looked away and pretended nothing happened. Moments later Tessa walked eagerly up to me
"Hey E so I noticed that Kade was looking pretty down today you should cheer him up." Tessa said I looked at her and gritted my teeth I felt dizzy and I fell back onto the couch
"You alright Liz and I saw that look you gave me I take it Kade really doesn't want to talk to you huh?" She said
"I'm fine and yeah I screwed things up a bit between us" I said while slowly standing up to get some orange juice
"It'll get better babe" Tessa said while walking away yeah I hope so I thought while pouring my juice.

A few hours later

It was now about three and I spent most of my day avoiding Kade and Jake just so he couldn't question me I got changed into proper clothes and walked to the cafe I bought myself a coffee to try to get my mind off things and to see if my dizzy spells would stop.
I bought an iced coffee and walked back home and noticed Kade going down the opposite direction on a jog we made eye contact and I looked in his eyes they were filled with hate and anger I decided to walk around for longer to get my frustration out and I just started to cry everything I bottled up just came out.
I cried for blocks and I lost track of time I was gone for over an hour when it only should of taken me only 20 minutes.

I started to walk back and threw my empty cup out I tried to hold onto the garbage when my eyes started to roll to the back of my head i missed and I was falling whether I liked it or not. I was waiting for the cold hard sudden impact of concrete but it never came, I opened my eyes and saw a sweaty Kade holding me up his muscles bulging from the weight I looked at his face and started to cry I couldn't help it. I flailed my body around and waited for him to put me down when he did I curled up in a little ball in the middle of the sidewalk and cried. A few seconds passed and a soothing arm went on my back and started to draw circles on it I without looking put my head on Kade's lap and cried until my tears dried up Kade stood up
"Come on El we should get up and go home" I heard Kade say I put my head in my lap and put my hands out signaling for him to carry me
"You are an actual baby" Kade said shaking his head before picking me up bridal style and carried me home.

7 pm

After I was carried home I took a nap and Jake woke me up asking me if I wanted to play a game truth or dare with a twist in this version someone would ask you a truth but if you didn't want to answer you had to do a dare.
I said I would do it and got out of bed, we stood around the pool and Chad asked the questions
"Hmm how about when was the last time you did something naughty Lizzy?" Everyone oohed and I blushed
"Last night but it was nothing bad" everyone looked at each other and laughed except for Kade
"Kade when was the last time you did something naughty?" Chad asked hoping for an answer all Kade did was pretend to zip up his mouth and throw away the key they looked at each other and tried to think of a dare
"I have one" Tessa smiled
"Kade and Liz have to be handcuffed for a day" everyone laughed and Chad left to get the cuffs I jumped up and complained I walked near the pool and the dizziness took over again I was falling and my mind went blank.

Kade's POV

Everyone laughed as Elizabeth and I both dreaded being together she got up and complained I felt hurt but my feelings had quickly gone away when I heard a splash Eli was in the pool not moving. I took my shirt off and jumped in the water and held her up she was acting like a limp puppet I took her out and she finally came out of it I walked her to her room so she could change and I grabbed her medicine I brought it to her and she took it with water the next thing I knew Chad appeared and slapped handcuffs on us I groaned and Chad yelled
"24 hours starts now" and with that he ran out of the room.
