Elizabeth's POV

"Kade where are you?" I yelled from my room
"I'm right here" a breathless Kade said
"You didn't have to run I just wanted to know if I looked alright" I laughed
"You look beautiful now come on before we're late Logan is going to freak if your not there" Kade said
"Thanks Kade and I am ready, but your not" I said
"I am too"
"No come here" I said and patted the bed he came over and sat by me I swung my legs over his and grabbed a brush and had Jake's hair gel and fixed his hair
"There now your done" I said and smiled at him and wiped away a glob that fell on his face
"Thanks"
"Anytime" I said and Kade grabbed my hand gently and led me downstairs to the waiting car.
"Sorry Jake I just had to fix him up" I said with a smile
"Whatever. You wish" Kade said and bumped me I smiled and jumped in the back and Kade took the front.
"When we get there Elizabeth you are not drinking Kade your in charge of her"
"No not happening I'm capable of handling myself thank you very much I'm 19 Jake I'm not a baby anymore" I pouted
"Fine but I'll be checking in on you not an ounce of liquid luck is touching your tongue tonight" Jake said sternly and I rolled my eyes nodding in agreement. I sat back in the seat and looked at the mirror and saw Kade looking back at me he smiled and like a chain reaction it hit me harder
"Alright none of that" Jake said and fixed the mirror I blushed of embarrassment. And laid my head back.

We arrived at Logan's brand new house and admired the exterior we walked up to the door and knocked we waited and he opened the door I outstretched my arms and gave him a hug
"Happy birthday" I whispered and loosened from the hug
"Thanks Liz" Logan smiled and invited us inside

A few hours later

Everybody now in a drunken state minus me since I stayed true to my word was all huddled around a table with Logan standing on it

"Get into groups of two and grab a paper from Ayla and begin the scavenger hunt" Logan yelled and everyone ran to Ayla I grabbed Kade by his wrist and pulled him towards Ayla I grabbed the paper and immediately regretted picking Kade considering how drunk he was but I stuck with him we looked at the list and it read

□ find a white Rock

□ get a cup of pool water and dye it red

□ take a picture of yourself kissing someone by the sexiest tree

□ find one fake gem that is scattered around the house

□ give Logan a compliment

I looked at the list thinking about how ridiculous it was and we started I decided to start with find a white rock
"Kade we have to find a white rock alright?" I said and Kade nodded in agreement I walked outside and started to scout the area lucky for me I immediately found one I gave it to Kade so he could keep it for me and he tucked it away into his pocket. We walked back inside and decided to find one of the gems before they were all gone we walked up the stairs and into one of the guest bedrooms we walked into the corner of the room and the roof caved it in a bit and we found one under the pillow I once again gave It to Kade and he put it away
"You know Kade at this rate I'll be finding everything and you just might not get the prize" I said jokingly and walked into the hall. I spotted Logan and found this to be a good time to give Logan a compliment
"Oh brother" I sung and Logan turned around
"You may have been a shit brother but I love you and your hair" I said smiling
"Does that count?" I asked
"Sure" he sighed and I hugged him
"Since I'm your cute little sister do you wanna tell me what the prize is?" I asked batting my eyes
"nah" Logan said and walked off I sighed and walked over to Kade
"Shall we dye pool water red?" I asked and he nodded we grabbed a plastic cup from the kitchen and scurried outside we watched as people were jumping in the pool and kissing by Logans favourite tree I laughed to myself and Kade scooped up some water and we went back inside. He placed the cup on the counter and I scoured the cupboards for red dye
"Kade I can't find it" I groaned
"Done" he yelled happily and I turned my head to see him putting ketchup into the cup and he mixed the water and ketchup mixture together I laughed and he carried it to the tree my heart was beating fast as I knew what was coming and I watched Jake jump into the pool i chuckled and Kade got out his phone to take the picture I came back to my senses and he walked over to me my eyes widened
"Say cheese" Kade said and I was caught off guard when he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me close he connected our lips and i deepened the kiss a bit for my own sake knowing he would forget about this in the morning and I heard the camera click.
We were still kissing softly and then we broke apart I stared into his eyes and my heart was beating like a drum. When we finished gazing into each others eyes I made my way to Logan to get our prize.
