Jacks P.O.V.
When we got to the house it was around eight at night. I was sitting downstairs with Michael while Jay was upstairs putting the twins to sleep.
"So you wanna help me prank Jay?" I asked
"Uhh probably not." Michael said, "depends."
"Okay hear me out you'll like this one." I said
"Im listening." He said
"Okay, so not now but one day I want to marry Jay." I said, "and I think it'd be really surprising to ask her a bunch of times with an empty box."
"Thats fucked up a little." Michael said
"Yeah, but then the time I give her the promise ring she'll be surprised." I said
"You've been scheming for a while huh?" Michael said
"Oh yeah." I said
Michael laughed.
"And why do you want me in on it?" He asked
"You're one of her best friends, I think it'd be cool to have you in on it. There every time." I said
"Okay, I'll do it." He said, "but you have some balls to you."
"What do you mean?" I questioned
"The first time you'll be fine." He said, "but you know her, every time after that you're risking bodily injury."
"Oh shit, yeah I wasn't thinking about that." I said, "I'm risking a fist to my face multiple times."
"Heres what you do." He said, "You ask her a bunch of times, but each time you ask with something different, in a different place than the time before."
"That's actually a really good idea." I said
"Oh yeah it is." He said
"I'll have to do it." I said
"You'll have to do what?" Jay said walking down from upstairs.
"Why are you so nosie?" I asked
"Cause its you two . Both of y'all talk mad shit, now what are yall planning?" Jay questioned sitting down next to me on the couch
"A band collab." I said, "Cause we know Michael is gonna make the band, we figued that when he does both bands could make a song together."
"Thats not what you guys were talking about, but okay." Jay said
"How do you know?" Michael questioned
"I've known this one my whole life, I know when hes lying." Jay said.
She moved over so she was sitting in my lap.
"I can almost tell when you're lying, but it's hard cause you don't really lie a lot." Jay said to Michael.
"Yeah, I don't lie A lot." He responded.
"Jack lies twenty four seven." Jay said
"I do not." I said, "I will shove you off this couch right now."
"No balls!" Michael yelled
Jay looked at me.
"You better not." She said
"I gotta." I said shoving her off the couch.
She hit the floor and just laid there.
"I'm done this is my spot for the rest of the night." She said
