17. Hangin'

Jays P.O.V.

It was Friday night, Juliet, Michael, Mikey, Chance, Drew and I were all hanging out in Mikeys room. By hanging out I mean we were all on our phones laying around the room, with very little interaction. It was a little before eleven at night.

"We should do something." Drew said.

"Let's play truth or dare." Chance said

"Thats pussy shit." Mikey said

"Eveyones asleep, lets cause some trouble." I said

"What do you mean?" Juilet asked

"Have y'all ever played sardines?" I asked

"Yeah I have." Chance said

"I don't think I have." Drew said

"Its like reverse hide and go seek." I said, "one person hides and the other people all go seek. Let's round up like Marcus, Brady, Sergio, Jaden and Devin."

"Lemme round up the boys." Chance said

Chance walked out of the room to go get the others.

"So what are the rules exactly?" Drew asked

"We should wait till eveyone gets here  before we explain everything." I said

We waited for about five minutes till eveyone got there.

"Okay explain now!!" Drew said.

All eyes were on me.

"Okay so basically its like reverse hide and seek one person hides and the rest of the people try to find them. when they're found then you hide with them, the last person to find everyone is the next person to hide." I said, "here are the rules for this game. No rooms that lock, that means all hotel rooms that need a specific key are off limits. You can hide outside like in the pool, but you're not allowed to leave the hotel. Everyone has to have a phone on them for safety reasons, but the volume has to be off. Any questions?"

"How long do we have to hide?" Mikey asked

"Hotel is pretty big, how about 5 minutes?" I said

They all nodded in agreement.

"Who is hiding first?" Chance asked

"Jay!" Three people yelled at once.

"Okay, someone start a timer the second I step out the door." I said, "start looking for me after five minutes."

I walked to the door and walked out of the room. I thought quickly, running to the elevator. I went to the top floor, I ran around looking for a good place when I saw it.

" STAIRS "

I ran to the stairs, I opened the door to the stairs, seeing that a small case lead up to a door, the rest of the stairs led down. I ran up to the door , it didn't say anything so I pushed it open. It led to the roof, the perfect hiding spot. I walked out onto the roof the door shutting behind me. It was pretty dark, though I could see. Everything was pretty well illuminated by the lights of the city. I sat down in a corner facing the door to the roof.  I pulled out my phone and scrolled on twitter, by now they should all be scrambling around the hotel looking for me. I was playing on my phone when I got a call from Jack.

"Hey love." I said

"Hey baby girl." He said

"What are you doing up so late?" I asked

"I can't sleep." He replied, "and I just wanted to hear your voice."

"Well here is my voice." I said smiling
