Chapter 38

I woke up to my alarm. I groaned a little as I turned it off.

"Morning baby." Ray said, unwrapping his arms from around my waist. I kissed his cheek before getting out of bed. I stretched and yawned.

"Shower time." I said whilst rubbing my eye.

"I'm gonna go to my apartment to shower and get changed. Come in after you're changed for some breakfast, since you have no food." Ray said whilst getting out of bed.

"You are not walking across the hallway to your apartment in your boxers." I told him.

"Yeah, but I mean YOLO, right?" Ray retorted.

"It's still no." I said stubbornly, throwing his clothes at him. "Now put them on, then you can leave."

"You're only doing this because you want me to stay with you." Ray smirked.

"You can read me like a book." I said sarcastically. Ray kissed my forehead before leaving.

"See you in a bit." I said before the door closed. I got into the shower, and then got changed into an adventure time top that said, 'UNACCEPTABLE!' Across the front with a picture of Lemongrab beneath the writing. I put on yellow skinny jeans to match the colour of Lemongrab. I dried my hair and then I put my hair into my classic fishtail plait. Once I was satisfied I put on my black DM's then headed out the door and into Rays apartment, remembering my bag with my phone, money and key to the apartment inside of course. I knocked on Rays door before I heard him yell out,

"Come in." I walked inside to see Ray on the couch with a bowl of cocoa pops. "We've got these," Ray said, holding up his bowl of cereal for me to see, "or some frosted flakes." Ray finished.

"What're frosted flakes?" I inquired.

"Oh, they're like, um how do I put it, just look in the cupboard and you'll see them." Ray said, giving up on explaining almost as soon as he'd begun. I looked into his cupboard and saw the frosted flakes.

"Oh, you mean frosties." I chimed.

"Is that what you call them in England then?" Ray asked.

"Yeah." I replied, pouring out a bowl of frosties. We ate our cereal before Ray drove us to the office. Me and Ray walked in and I found a large box wrapped,up with wrapping paper sitting on my desk.

"What's this?" I asked, curiosity taking over me.

"Open it and find out." Michael replied. I took the wrapping off and gasped.

"It's a house warming gift." Jack smiled.

"Since your xbox one was destroyed in your apartment fire, we figured that we would get you a new one." Ryan said proudly.

"You didn't have to you guys." I said, hugging each one of the guys. "Thank you. You're the best friends a girl could have." I smiled.

"So, who wants to film a VS then?" Geoff asked rubbing his hands together.

"Why not." We all said.

"So this week, it's Ray versus Jess." Geoff said into his microphone. "So what will you be challenging Ray to today?" Geoff asked, eyebrow raised.

"So I spent all of my Saturday watching all of the versus', and I think I've found Rays weak point, physical activity." I grinned evilly. "So, I'm challenging you to the local rock climbing wall." I said excitedly.

"Well you can keep that belt." Ray sighed playfully.

"So who will win out of team..." Geoff stopped because we didn't have a team name.

"Foreign Friends." I perked up in the spare of the moment to safe Geoff.

"VS!" Was all Geoff said before the camera was turned off. "Let's go rock climbing then." Geoff said, walking out of the office. We all piled into a van and went to rock climbing.
