Chapter 75

"Wake up! It's time for RTX 2015!" I yelled at Ray to wake him up.

"Today's the day." Ray whispered nervously under his breath.

"The day for what?" I asked.

"Oh you know, RTX." He answered sounding unsure of his answer. I raised an eyebrow but then shrugged it off. I showered and then when I went back into mine and Rays room to get changed he was quickly putting a small black item into his pocket.

"What's that?" I asked him.

"Oh just my phone." He replied rather quickly, but then he pulled out his phone from the other pocket in his jeans.

"No the other pocket."

"Oh I didn't haven't got anything in that other pocket." He replied nervously.

"It better not be some other girls lingerie." I joked as he walked out of the room, tugging my towel off in the progress. "Ray!" I yelled picking up the towel from the floor.

"What! I couldn't resist, you're so vulnerable in that." He said whilst kissing me. I started walking over to the door with Ray, lips still connected before I pushed him outside of the room and locked the door. "Aww." I heard him say from outside of the door.

"You shouldn't have tugged the towel off of me then." I yelled to him. I got changed into an Achievement Hunter shirt and dark green skinny jeans to match the shirt. I dried my newly lilac dyed hair. I re-dyed it for RTX cause it started to fade and my roots started to show. I put it into its classic fishtail before walking out to Ray. We had breakfast, I put my black DM's on and then Ray drove us to the convention centre. We went to our signing booth that we shared, we got everything organised, well I did, Ray just stood there and tweeted or pretended to do things when I told him to help me. I didn't mind though, I've grown to love his unorganised and untidy self. The doors of RTX opened and the people poured in. Me and Ray signed items like there was no tomorrow, that was until it hit 1:30pm and we had to go to the Achievement Hunter panel at two. Me and Ray both put on our hoodies and sunglasses and then we rushed to the panel. The guardians let us in the side entrance and we began getting ready. Kara touched up on my makeup and then it was time. Geoff and Jack introduced all of us. The order of the panel, from left to right went, Michael, Lindsay, me, Ray, Geoff, Jack, Gavin, Ryan, Kdin and Caleb. We answered questions like we did last year and when it was getting to the end of the panel Ray stopped things.

"Can I quickly stop questions for a second Geoff?" Ray asked Geoff, to which Geoff nodded. "Jess, quickly come with me for a second." Ray said grabbing my hand. He took me to the front of the stage in the middle. "This was the first place when we told the fans and most people at Rooster Teeth that we were dating." Ray said looking at me, holding both my hands now instead of one.

"Yeah." I said, urging him to continue.

"I love you so unbelievably much." He said getting down on one knee. My hands immediately covered my mouth. "Jessica Ann Free, will you marry me?" He asked, opening a small, black velvet box to reveal the most beautiful diamond ring I have ever seen. He looked at me, waiting for me to answer. I shook my head before dropping my hands.
