Chapter 73

"It's a boy!" I heard Michael yelling in glee from the other end of the phone.

"Oh my god, a little you running around!" I exclaimed happily.

"Well, he can't exactly run yet, but when he can yeah, maybe." I heard Michael's voice wavering on the other end of the line.

"Dude, are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm okay." He sniffed, "I just can't believe I'm a father. A scumbag from Jersey." He chuckled slightly.

"Do you want me and Ray to come down to the hospital?" I asked.

"But it's three in the morning." He stated.

"You guys would do the same for me, and we don't have work tomorrow. Me and Ray will be there in ten!" I told Michael excitedly before hanging up.

"I'll get my shoes on then." I heard Ray call out.

"Hurry, I can't wait to see the little man!" I said quickly putting on my black Doc Martens. Ray drove as fast as he could (without going over the speed limit) to get to the hospital quickly. Once we were there a nice lady told us what ward she was on so we speed walked there. We saw Michael outside a room pacing up and down.

"Ahh, there you guys are." He called out to us. I ran over and hugged him.

"Long night, huh." I said to him.

"Yeah, Ray this'll be you soon." Michael smiled, causing one of his dimples to show.

"No way, kids just aren't for me, besides we have to be married first." Ray stated.

"I could be pregnant right now, and you'd never know." I winked at Ray which caused him to drain of colour a little.

"You're joking, right?" Ray asked a little uneasy.

"How could I be, you haven't done me in like six months, I'd have a bump by now moron." I told Ray whilst we all walked into the room where Lindsay and the baby was. "Hey Linds, how you feeling?" I asked, whilst sitting down on one of the hard white plastic chairs they have in the hospital rooms.

"Good, a little tired but good." She answered.

"And how's the little man?" I asked.

"Amazing. Little Leo's just amazing!" She replied.

"Leo, already decided on a name, that was quick." Ray stated.

"We haven't decided on a name yet." Michael said confused.

"Well what I've just gone through I'm deciding the name, and the name I decided is Leo. Not short for Leonardo, just Leo." Lindsay said to Michael, she sounded exhausted.

"Aww, he could have been a ninja turtle!" I joked.

"Wow baby, you're so immature." Ray said to me.

"Well I'm gonna name the next one then." Michael said to Lindsay.

"We aren't having another one, after that, na uh." Lindsay said shaking her head.

"Ray, maybe we could have four and name them after the ninja turtles!" I said, smiling to Ray.

"We are not having any at the moment." Ray said plainly to me.

"Yeah at the rate I'm getting at the moment, six months Ray, six months." I stated again, causing us all to laugh apart from Ray.
