Jess' POV
It had been a rather I eventful day at the office, unusually, well that was until Michael and Lindsay wanted to make an announcement.
"We have something to tell you." Lindsay started.
"Well we both wanted to tell you guys for a while, so here it goes." Michael said, looking to Lindsay as though he was asking her to tell us.
"I'm three months pregnant!" She beamed at us. I must've squealed a little bit too loudly, because everyone turned from Lindsay and Michael to me. I ran over and hugged them both, hugging Lindsay a little bit softer than usual so I didn't hurt the baby.
"Congratulations!" I sang.
"This'll be you in a couple of years." Lindsay whispered in my ear.
"Hopefully." I whispered back. I was really excited that Michael and Lindsay were having a baby! I could babysit and be the cool auntie that their kid goes to for fun. We could play video games together, I'll so it all of the tricks of the trade! I'm so excited, even though it isn't my kid. I've always wanted to have kids, so the decision I made with Dan was the hardest thing I had ever made. I went into a deep depression over it, and when he left me, well, that just tipped me over the edge. I cut, I starved myself, I never left my room so my parents had to pass plates of food under the door that I hardly ever ate anyway. But Ray will be different, even if I was pregnant now (which I'm not) he would support me all the way, because he actually loves me.
