Brennan's car still wasn't fixed so I offered to come get him and take him so he doesn't have to ride the bus and so Mrs.Jill can focus on the others. I show up at his house half an hour early so I come in and Mrs.Jill is standing in the kitchen. "Goodmorning babydoll!" She says and kisses my cheek. "Goodmorning Mrs.Jill" I say with a smile and sit at the island. "Would you like some eggs or some cereal or some yogurt?" She asks with the fridge opened. "Some yogurt would be great" I say and she hands me a bowl of yogurt and a small plate of fruit. "Thank you!" I say and she eats her across from me. "Where is Brennan?" I ask. "Probably still in the shower but he better be getting out soon so he has time to finish getting ready" She says and I nod. After we both finish eating I wash both of our bowls, plates, and spoons. "Thank you! You didn't have to do that. When was the last time you went to the doctor and what did they say?" She asked and I updates her about the dilation thing and stuff. "Well if he doesn't clear you to go to LA you can stay here with us" she says as Brennan walks out. "Thank you" I smile and walk over to Brennan and hug him. "Goodmorning" he says and lays his head on top of mine. "Tired?" I ask and he nods. "Today is my first day of school!" I tell him he smiles. "Oh i have 2 senior babies this year" Mrs.Jill says sadly. "Is this your first day of school outfit?" She asks and I nod. I'm wearing maroon leggings and a white oversized sweater with some brown uggs even tho it's a little early for winter clothes, it's cold in Maryland in the early mornings. Mrs.Jill takes our picture on the front porch and then I take Brennan to school.
When I get home I go to my room and sit at my desk and start on my school work. "Goodmorning Teagan!" Mommy says coming in a little later. I spin around in my desk chair and wave. "I saw the picture Mrs.Jill put of you and Brennan on Instagram. It was cute" she tells me sitting on my stool next to me. "I didn't see it" I say and get on my phone. "What are you doing?" Mommy asks. "I'm working on math" I say scrunching my face. "Oh your least favorite subject" she says. "Yeah. I'll be glad when I'm doing writing or language instead of math" I say. "When's your next doctors appointment?" She asks. "Today at 2:45. They are just gonna check if I've dilated anymore. I'm picking Brennan up at school and he's gonna go with me, but you can go to if you want" I say. "No I gonna call talks school and figure out why y'all stuff came and Hayley's didn't" she says. She stands up and kisses me on my forehead and walks away.
I do some more school until it's time to go get Brennan. I change my sweatshirt out for tshirt Bc I know that it's warmed up a little, and my boots for some birkenstocks. I go get Brennan and then we go to my doctors appointment. He checks me and says I'm dilated 1.5. "So I know it's still early but do you think I'll be able to go to LA?" I ask. He nods. "You'll have to be super careful tho and make sure you have a doctor there that knows how to handle preemie babies that you trust" he tells me and I nod. "Thank you" I say and we leave. Brennan and I go eat dinner and then I drop him off at home and go to my own home.
