A Silent Voice

You who sits quietly in the crowd
You who cannot say it out loud
Your voice matters most as it can kill, silently,
or it can heal, with just a few words.

Your thoughts you keep to yourself,
the pain, the anger, the sorrow,
and every little thing you keep it bottled up inside.

For with every word you speak,
Someone's there to tell you wrong,
To shame you for even uttering a sound,
Questioning you how you can even talk back.

What happened to freedom of speech?
You are silenced but where is the police?

Oh, that's right.
They've been paid by the people who shut you up,
That's why, you, the innocent has no power,
And the criminals let loose with their abuse over power.

You deserve to let your voice out loud,
Be brave enough to take a stand.
For your words, your thoughts are meant to be heard!
They may say what they want but they don't have the right.

The right to tell you what to do,
The right to dictate over your opinions.

For they have theirs, and you have yours.

Let the once drowned out voice be the voice that drowns other voices.
For once, let your voice be heard!
Say what you want to say!

Stand up and fight!

For a silent voice like yours,
It holds power greater than noise.
