A moment of Silence

A moment of Silence is all I need.
This I ask of you and I plead.
My head's about to burst,
But sadly my heart will be first.

To crumble, to fall, to break,
In this relation of give and take.

Among the crowd,
You can hear their voices loud.
My sound, a voice is drowned,
Like how the waves on the shore conceals the sand.

To you, from me, a distance far apart.
Like how the end is from the start.

You ask me again, why can't I stop?
My words, my ideas, my opinions
Are like bubbles that you pop.
Now I ask you, have you ever given me a chance?
No, cause all you did was take everything I had in just one glance.

The noise I hear now, is probably the voice of my heart fighting off the voice in my head.
And sadly, I am confused as I don't even know how this will end.

I don't know!
I don't know!

Just please give me a rest!
And with this I ask just a moment of silence.
To find a little peace, to find the missing piece.
And end this madness.

Now May I just have one moment of silence?
Then you may have the rest.
