((Intro of scars to your beautiful))

Before you speak, before you judge,
Better know who she is, and why she does.

See her eyes that once had light,
Now all there's left is darkness,
Not a soul to see, not a life to feel.

See the scars on her wrists,
Her arms, her hands and legs,
Her body is painted in the image of blood,
She has been doing self-harm.

Why on earth would she have done such thing?

She wanted attention.
She had nothing better to do.
She was weak.
She is deemed pathetic.

But can't you see?

She was lonely.
She did everything she could.
She tried her best to stay strong.
She was tired of it all.

She gave up.

To try and comfort herself,
She took the blade in her hands,
Slowly but gently, gliding it on her skin,
Opening wounds that end up as scars.

She felt the pain,
But it was rather comforting.
She sobs,
As she regrets cutting herself.
But she shakes it off,
And does it over and over again.

She hates herself cause she thinks she's fat,
She starves herself to look beautiful.
But now, she's so thin, so skinny.

She hates how weak she seems.
So she cuts more wounds.
But now, she hates how the scars ruined her body.

To her own self, she gives pity.

She used to be beautiful,
But now she thinks she's plain ugly.

She needs someone,
now can't that be you?

Show her how to love herself.
And once again, accept and embrace who she is.

So that she can heal the scars to her beautiful.
