I never thought love was in my vocabulary. I don't say that three word sentence unless I really mean it. I guess it's because I've been taken advantage of because I use those words so lightly.
Being diagnosed with a physical illness doesn't help at all either, people look at you with pity as you walk the halls. The boys never even take a first glimpse at you because you're simply not what they want or need in anyway, shape, or form. You're just the girl with the weirdly discolored hands and mysteriously closed shoes that you wear to conceal your physical secrets. The boy that you wished was interested in you only ever speaks with you because the teacher assigned you together for this group project.- S
