Part 3

I rubbed my eyes and started breathing heavily. Ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod. That didn't just happen. I didn't just walk in on my 15 year old sister hooking up with Sam. Ohhhh hellll nooo.
I ran downstairs trying to forget what just happened.
"FUCK!" I screamed as the grilled cheese started smoking. I quickly turned off the griddle and threw away the smokey mess.
"I'm so sorry guys I had to throw it out" I said sitting on the table and putting my head down.
I feel like everything is going wrong in my life. I don't know where my mum is and I feel like I have to take care and watch everyone and everything. I'm only 18 and on top of that I have school work and have to focus on getting into a good college.
I just started to cry in my hands and I heard he doorbell ring. I looked at my phone.
It was 4:30. Fuck. Now I need to watch a dog too. How could I say no to tom?
I went over and opened the door.
"Hi-hi tom" i said.
He was standing there dressed all nice, and holding Tessa on a leash.
"Hey darling thanks for agreeing to watch her for the night, this really helps out a lot." I nodded my head as he handed me the leash.
"Hey um Cas are you okay?" He asked me noticing I had just been crying.
He looked over at the driveway to only see one car.
He looked down for a minute.
"I'm sorry about your Mum, not being here and all." He said clearing his throat.
"It's okay, everything just hard you know. It's too much for me to handle right now." I said starting to wipe my eyes.
"Cas I can cancel my date with Jenna so you don't have to watch Tess." He said trying to take back he leash.
"No no it's okay. Really. Go please." I said motioning to his car.
"If you need anything, just call. Okay?" He said giving me a hug. I smiled as I watched him walk back to his car.
I really wish he wasn't going, but I wasn't going to be the one to get in his way. He's my best friend and I couldn't ask for anyone better. As long as I have him in my life than that's all that matters to me.
I turned around and closed the door. I let Tessa off the leash and she ran around the house.
"Boys why don't we just order some pizza, Paddy you can stay if you like" I said cleaning up the rest of the mess from the grilled cheese.
They both screamed in excitement as I ordered the pizza.
I heard footsteps coming down the stairs and I saw sam and Liz come down. I was sitting at the table as Liz came over to me.
"Cas" she said turning her head.
I looked up at her and rolled my eyes.
"Do you want to be teen parents or are you just stupid?" I blurted out as we made eye contact.
"What's your problem Cassie!" She said yelling at me.
"You're 15 Liz! You are too young to be doing that!" I yelled back.
She looked at Sam who looked like he was about to run down the street.
"You're just jealous that you're still a virgin and never had a boyfriend" she said putting her hands on her hips.
I slammed my cup on the table and stood up and walked away. I ran up to my room and sat down in my bed. I started to cry again. Everything is turning to shit and there's nothing I can do about it.
I layed back on my and counted each time the ceiling fan spun around.
A few minutes later I heard a buzzing in my pocket....
"Incoming call from Harrison💚"
