Alfred sat at the window, watching the leaves blow around in the breeze. Arthur walked up behind the American, tea in hand.
"Alfred?"
"Hm?"
"What are you doing?"
"Watching the leaves."
"... You want to build a leaf man, don't you?"
Alfred shot up and hugged Arthur.
"You know me so well!"
Alfred ran out of the house, Arthur close behind.
Alfred gathered huge piles of leaves on the ground, Arthur watching him closely.
After about ten minutes, his leaf man was done.
"Doesn't it look great!?" Alfred exclaimed proudly.

Honestly, Arthur was a little terrified. The thing was life sized! And there were more of them in the yard...
"It looks splendid, Alfred.."
"Yay!" Alfred gave the Brit a tight squeeze before running back into the house.
Arthur gave the leaf man one last look and shuddered.
"Creepy..."
He went inside to see Alfred on the couch, already watching a horror film. Arthur sighed.
'He'll want to sleep with me tonight then.'
He went to his room to prepare for a certain American that was bound to start screaming bloody murder.
"Three... Two.. One." Arthur pointed at his door, as to which Alfred came stumbling through, yelling and crying.
"A-ARTHURRRRRRR! THEY'RE GONNA EAT MEEEEEE!"
Alfred launched onto Arthur's bed and hid in his covers beside him. He patted the quivering form beside him.
"It's alright love, I'll protect you from whatever wants to get you."
Alfred poked his head out from under the covers.
"Are you gonna use your pirate skills?" He asked in a child's voice.
Arthur smiled a little.
"Yes, I'll use my pirate skills to get rid of it."
Alfred grinned and snuggled up to Arthur.
"Okay. I'm safe." Alfred slowly drifted off to sleep. Arthur put an arm around him.
"I won't let the monster get you, love."
