Chapter 26

Blueberry's POV

I see tears in her eyes as she waits for my answer. "N-no! You're not causing any trouble or problems! I promise!" I say. I use my free hand to cup her cheek and wipe away the tears that were forming. "Are you sure? I don't want to be a burden." She as she looked straight into my eyes with her glossy ones. "I'm positive, now how about we do something to our minds off of what happened at the house?" I ask. She nods and smiles. I smile back before hugging her. I pull away and look straight into her eyes.

"Now, what do you want to do?!" I ask. She laughs slightly and thinks for a few seconds. "Fly." (Y/n) said quietly. "Fly? That's it? Not that its bad, I jut thought you'd want to explore the city with me!" I say quickly. She shakes her head. "We've been walking for a few hours and the town is out of sight." She says. 'Wait, what?!' I start to panic and look around. Sure enough, there was no humans or monsters to be seen. We were actually in a forest.

"I noticed that you were zoned out while walking, so I took the liberty of leading you here. Its a forest full of just plants. No animals, no dragons, no bugs, no monsters, and no humans. I lived here once, and for a dragon nose, my scent is still here. It makes it seem to be my den, keeping other dragons away." (Y/n) says calmly as she breathes in the air.

'This place would be the perfect get away!' "Hey, (y/n)?" I ask. She hums and looks at me. "U-um, just in case I get into a fight with Papyrus again or people start suspecting you, umm..." I was having a hard time talking to her about this. "You want a romantic get away~?" She purrs. I blush a deep blue. "Yes- I mean no- ah, yes?!" She laughs at my flustered self then kisses me deeply. The kiss was full of passion and love. I return the kiss with the same feel. She pulls away after a few seconds.

I was still in a daze from the kiss that I didn't notice (y/n) change back into her dragon form. Looking at her questionably, I watch as she lowers her body to the ground. "Hop on." She says. "Wait what?!" I shout. She laughs. "I told you that I wanted to go for a fly, and my den is a little ways away from here. We'll get there quicker if we fly!" She says. I gulp and nod my head. Gently,  I climb up her wing and sit right above her shoulder blades. "You ready?" (Y/n) asks as she stands up. I panic and quickly grip onto her for dear life. Hearing her chuckle at me didn't help so I shut my eye sockets and yelled. "YUP! READY!"

Not even a moment later, I felt the wind blowing. I open my eye sockets, only to be met with a beautiful view. "Whoa...." "Breathe taking, isn't it?" (Y/n) asked. I nod unable to speak. Few minutes later, (y/n) lands in a clearing with a large tree in the middle.
