chapter 13

*an hour earlier*
(Jack's pov)
"Jack, I'm pregnant. And it's your baby." Jennifer says.
"The hell it's my baby! That was supposed to be a one night thing. Dont contact me again." I hang up the phone and block the number. I'm 18, I can't be a dad. I just got out of surgery and a relationship. A little while later I realize what I've done. I call back Jennifer and pray she answers me.
"What?" She says.
"I'm sorry. I- don't do what I want. It's your baby, if you want to keep it you can, if you want to have an abortion, go ahead." She hangs up on me and I decide to call Lizzy.
"Take me back, please. I've screwed up. I want you, so bad. I was a douchebag, please forgive me."
"Of course I'll forgive you, Jack. You didn't do anything wrong." You didn't do anything wrong. That's where I fucked up. I slept with another girl to get back at her for making out with Zach and all the guys found out. But none of them have told her yet surprisingly.

*next day*
(lizzys pov)
I wake up around 1 pm to a bunch of missed calls and texts. Some were from Zach.
Zach: lizzy, i heard about you and jack? why him. do you know what he's done?

Some were from Corbyn.
Corbyn: you took jack back? we really need to talk later.

Some were from Jonah.
Jonah: lizzy, i need to tell you something. it's really important. text me asap.

Some were from Daniel.
Daniel: i heard about you and jack, thats great! theres just something you need to know. call me when you can

And some were from Jack.
Jack: liz, ive been up all night thinking about something. i really need to get it off my chest. if you're free today, could we hang out? i feel like i need to tell you this in person

I have a hunch that Jack did something bad, so I decide to call him first and we go to the beach so we can talk.
"Lizzy, I'm sorry."
"What happened?"
"I slept with another girl baby. But I love you and only you, and Ive realized that." Jack tells me. "I was just really angry at everything. I went to a party, got wildly drunk, and slept with her. We didn't use protection, I got her pregnant. She told me last night. I'm so sorry Liz." I was going to miss being called Liz, but I had to do it.
"Jack..."
