Chapter 6 Three Couples

The next day I woke up early like around 6:00am so I could get ready for school. I walked out of my bedroom and down the hall to see a note on the counter. It was from my grandparents, they had to go away on another business trip. They worked for a wedding company so that meant that they had to meet with the couples and set up their weddings and they would be gone from 2 days to about a week. The note said that they would be back in a week. I hated being home alone for long periods, so they would usually call Maggie's or Debbie's parents and they would let Maggie or Debbie stay with me. After I got out of the shower my cell phone rang and it was Debbie, she said "Hey D Maggie and I are coming over and my Mom is gonna take us all to school ok?" I replied "Yeah, what time will you be here?". She answered and said "In like 15 minutes" and I said "ok ill be ready". Then i  hung up the phone and got ready for school. When i  was ready I walked out the door and sat outside on the bench and waited for them. About 5 minuted later they pulled and I got in, then we were on our way to hell. We were silent the whole ride there and that was normal because we were all tired. We pulled up to school to see that Daniel and Austin were waiting at the door for us, then I noticed that Anthony was there too. Debbie's face lit up when she saw him. She had a huge crush on that kid and Im not sure why. Maggie grabbed Austins hand and they walked in and I followed because I could tell that Daniel wanted to grab mine but I just ignored him. Then I stopped in the middle of the hall and turned around to see where Debbie and Anthony were. Debbie was still outside and Anothony was gone, I ran outside and Daniel followed me. Debbie looked like she wanted to cry, she said "He asked me out!"and I was really suprised because I thought that he might have told her to leave him alone when she looked like she was going to cry but they were tears of joy! So I walked inside and it was still too early to go to class so I was going to go talk to Maggie and Debbie but they both were with their boyfriends, so I was alone. Then Daniel came up to be and said "Looks like we are the ones left behind again" and I said "Yeah thats what it looks like" with a smile across my face.Out of  nowhere he just grabbed my hand and said "Can I have another chance?" how could i say no while looking into his blue eyes I said "Yes I would love that". Then we walked to class together. A few hours later it was time to go home, we went out into the car rider line and Maggie asked me "Can I invite Daniel, Austin and Anthony to come skating with us  tonight?" and I replied "Yeah thats ok" and I walked down the steps following the two couples in front of me and Daniel next to me. I said to Daniel "So are you going to ditch me tonight?" and he replied "No I promise" and we walked outside together and each couple let go of hands so their parents would't see. Maggie, Debbie and I got dropped off  at my house by Debbie's mom. It was 3:30pm so we just hung out till it was time to get ready. We hung out and chose our outfits and did each others hair and makeup. It was almost time so we got our stuff together like our skates and Debbie's mom came and dropped us off at the skating rink. When we arrived all the boys were there waiting in line and we hopped out of the car and went to wait in line with them. I didn't even bother to text Haley because I didn't want to hang out with her anymore. Then about 5 minutes later Haley showed up and got in line with her new boyfriend Charlie. He didn't go to our school but he was one of those guys that didn'y like ac lingy girl but now hw has one. We walked in after paying and Anthony made Maggie promise that she wouldnt accidently trip Debbie again. We all hung out and Haley was with Charlie and we were all glad that they weren't with us. Tonight was different from any other night at skating, Debbie, Maggie and I were skating and the boys were sitting at the table talking, and when Maggie went to turn, Debbie cut her off and Maggie fell and Austin came out of now where to help her up and each of us couple skated and went home. Maggie and Debbie slept over my house and went to bed around 4:00am
