Chapter 8 Jealous Or Naw?

De'Anna's POV / About a week later

It was Thursday morning and I stayed at Maggie's last night. I woke up and her Dad made up breakfast. After I ate I went and got some clothes and did my hair and make-up. Maggie got ready too and her Dad drove us to school and Debbie texted me that she couldn't come to school because she asked her mom if she could stay home for just one day and her mom said yes. I got to school and Maggie saw Austin and ran to him and hugged him. Then I saw Daniel and he hugged me. I was getting really tired of Daniel lately, he is just clingy and he gets jealous when I hang out with my other guy friends.

After School

I went back to Maggie's and my grandparents called and said they were home. I walked home and they we there, I told them about my week and they told me about theirs. They went out to visit my grandmothers sister and I decided to stay home and get my homework done and get to bed early. The next day after school Maggies mom drove us to school.

............Few Hours later

My grandparents drove me, Maggie and Debbie to the skating rink. Then the boys came with a "There's my girl" from Austin to Maggie. Debbie hugged Anthony and I left before Daniel could get to me. I turned my head around to see what they were doing and Daniel was behind me and asking "Whats wrong babe?" and I said "I don't want to be in a relationship with you anymore". Daniel looked at me and it looked like he had a tear in his eye. He replied with "Ok Im sorry that I didn't give you space and I knew that you weren't comfortable with me but I still want to be friends OK?" and I said "Sure". He went to hug me and just being nice I hugged him and he went and sat on a bench by himself. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned and saw that it was Josh. I screamed "Oh My God my gummybear is here!" because I haven't seen him for a while and I hugged him so tightly I never wanted to let him go because he smelt so good and he grabbed tightly back. We let go and he said "I'm so glad your hear I was hoping you were here. But I heard that you dating that wimp Daniel" and I said "Naw I just got rid of him, he was too clingy and weird". He let out with a laugh and said "I'm glad" and I was wondering why, because I don't think he likes me but I don't know. He went over to Daniel and I couldn't hear what they were talking about so I just wondered off to hang out with Maggie and Debbie. When I went over Austin cane up to me and said "What the hell did you do to Daniel?" I said "I broke up with him" and I grabbed Maggie and Debbie and we sat in a booth and talked. I said " Let's get away from boys tonight and just be us " just then Josh came up to me and said " Hey do you all wanna hang out?" and we replied "Sure" and I slid over and he say next to me. Maggie said "So now your a single Pringle again" and I said "Yesss I am". Then Anthony and Austin came over and asked "Can we couple skate with our girls plzzz?" and they looked at me and I said " Just go I know you want to" and they got up and bolted and Josh stayed next to me. I really just wanted to go home because Daniel was really annoying me. He was staring at me and every time I turned my head he made sure I saw him upset. Josh noticed what he was going doing and be didn't like it because he was vary protective of me and he warned me not to go out with Daniel. Josh whispered in my ear" Lets make Daniel jealous" and I smirked and he told.me the plan. Daniel Sat in the booth behind us and Josh and I were talking and then he stood up and asked me to couple skate with him and I said yes and Daniel got up and slapped my hand so it wouldn't touch Josh's.  Josh yelled" What the hell man!" and Daniel said "She is mine dude, I love her and your trying to steal her." I looked at the both of them and didn't know what to do so I did the thing that I've always wanted to do. I kissed Josh, and he had a surprised look on his face but kissed me back and Daniel ran out of the skating rink. I let go out Josh and he said "WO that was awesome" and I replied "Yeah that was better than any kiss that I've ever shared with Daniel" and Josh kissed me again and I was so tempted so I kissed back. I just stared into his beautiful blue eyes and he stared into mine.

Josh's POV

I'm not sure why she kissed me but I know I liked it wanted more if it so I kissed her again and I really like her. I've liked her for a while now and I wanted to beat the shit out of that Daniel kid for treating her like shit. I wanted to make him so jealous that he lost the best girl he could ever find. She is beautiful, smart and really funny. So after Daniel ran out the door like a little crying child I grabbed Deanna's hand and pulled her close and kissed her for the third time and she didn't try to stop me so I guess she liked it. She had the prettiest eyes and the prettiest smile and she even told me that she liked our kisses better than any kiss that she has ever had with Daniel. When I've seen him kiss her it was like force, he would pull her and grab her face so she wouldn't move her head. When I kiss her I just lightly tug her waist to come close and don't force her. I think Im gonna ask her out later but maybe I'll make it even better and do it in front of Daniel. Deanna said " What are we doing?" as she smiled and I said "Because I love you". She jumped and said "What?" and I looked at her with a confused face and I didn't know what to say but I said " What do you mean?" and she replied "I thought you liked those popular and model worthy girls?" and I said " I don't need them when I can have the perfect girl right in front of me" and she smiled and I kissed her and I just noticed how she has to be on her tippy toes to reach me and I didn't want to let her go. Then the jack ass came and I said " What the hell do you want now" and came up to me and punched me in the stomach. I fell to the ground and Deanna went over to Daniel and said "This is why I didn't want to date you Daniel you may be a football player and be strong but you can't go around and pick on kids" did she just call me a kid? She thinks that Im weak and childish? I can't believe this and as I looked up I saw her on her toes kissing Daniel and she turned and said " I know your tricks, Maggie told me all about you and I thought you actually cared but now I know that I have the best boyfriend" and she turned back to him and kissed him. He grabbed her waist and pulled her away and he turned and gave me the middle finger and I stood up and yelled " F you d head". Deanna laughed and skated away like nothing ever happened but she caught me trying to get her for popularity and Now I'm probably known as the jerk-off.
