All she sees is darkness. What she feels is completely different though. She feels everything but nothing at the same time. She hears the rattling of the chains on the concrete floors and on the steal bars. The screaming and crying of the people around her and the laughter of those who enjoy the sound.
Her senses are not those of a normal humans. Her senses are all heightened and abnormally stronger. All the people in these cages are. The people who are outside of the cages are scared of them, and they know that; but won't admit it out loud. They think of these people as freaks or monsters and that my be true but they don't like those words. You see in this world, our world, there are humans and the supernatural. There are werewolves, vampires, sirens, ghosts, and many more. She is one of them, but the only one of her kind left.
She is a Gatekeeper. Only one Gatekeeper is born every generation. As soon as the last Gatekeeper dies, a new one is born to keep the balance. All Gatekeepers are born to the same blood line. She was unlucky enough to be born one. As a Gatekeeper she is the only gateway between the different dimensions and worlds. She has unimaginable powers and abilities. When a person dies she takes them to the place they belong. Whether it's Heaven, Hell, or even Purgatory she will send them there. But she is not a god. She is not a human either. She is just her. A normal girl with abnormal abilities.
Her name is (Y/N) D. Orihara. She is a eighteen-year-old girl with blonde hair that flows to her mid back and glowing blue eyes that have small gold flakes in them. However, these eyes are now dull and hallow. They show no emotion and are filled with fear, pain, and sadness. Currently, she is being held in a steal prison cell with twenty other people that are a mix between humans and the supernatural. They are all waiting for their punishment for revolting against the people who rule over them.
These supernatural beings are not walking among other humans like most of the others do. These ones are being held on an island that is more of a work camp. This island was once a free island with humans and nonhumans co-existed and were happy. But one day, the humans that call themselves the Marines came along and threw everything into chaos.
Though (Y/N) wasn't here at that time, she was brought here, but not by her own free will. She lived with her brothers before she was brought here. She would often play with them in the woods, hunt for food, or even train with them. She loved her brothers. But one day everything changed.

Hello my readers! This is the first fan fiction that I have ever written so please tell me if I did Good? Bad? I've been reading fan fiction for a while now and thought maybe I should write one. So here it is!! My first fan fiction.
I might not update so soon and I apologize for that. I am a bit of a procrastinator and I only have a limited time on the computer. So I apologize for that. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them, though I must warn you, I might change them a bit if they don't go alone with the plan for the story.
