You all are probably going to hate me but, I'm going to take down this story for awhile. If you have read this story for a few years; 1. I'm impressed you stayed this long. 2. You know this is the second time I've done this. There are several reasons this time I'm doing this though instead of just for grammar edits like last time. Here's a few:
1. Grammar and Punctuation: I read through this story and realized I couldn't spell to save my life so I'm going to fix that.
2. Different Writing Style: When I started this book, I had a different writing style than I do now and, if you read through each chapter, you can easily tell. I'm going to try and make most of it similar.
3. Not Much to Work With: Again, as I was reading through, I noticed that the timeline I set for the MC didn't leave me much leeway to add stuff in. It also doesn't make much sense in some parts and I want to fix that.
4. No Plan Going Into This: When I started this book, I didn't have much of a plan for where I wanted it to go. I just had the main points I wanted to fit in but no actual plot to go with it so I've been making it up as I go. This has led to many writers block and lack of motivation. I'm going to try and get some idea for what I want to do with this book and maybe write a few chapters ahead to give myself some breathing room.
5. Character Information: I want to add a character information page that'll have the MC and all of the love interests information on it. I have seen many different authors do this and I thought that I should do it too cause I liked it.
6. Lack of Time: I know I've stated this before but my life is very busy. Especially now with me getting ready to graduate high school. I need to give myself time to study and not stress about a lot of things. I also prioritize my education more than this because this is just for fun.
7. Any Other Things That I Will Fix/ Change: I may have forgotten a few things but I'll still deal with them if I think of them.
Again, I apologize for doing to this to ya'll (some of you again 😭) but I feel it is necessary in order for me to give you the best writing I can. I also made this book as an experiment. I wanted to see if I would enjoy writing stories and, if I did, should I continue to write books or just do one shots. This has been a valuable lesson for me and what I should do in the future. Thank you for putting up with me!!
By the way, I'll be taking down all chapters by the end of the day. Sorry~~ 😭
