This is Orihima. Your older sister in this story. Please ignore the nice cloths and think of something a little more fit for a work camp. Also think of her looking more like a one piece character. I tried my best!! Thanks!!

It happened four years ago. It was the middle of summer and really hot. Two young girls, an older man and a few others were working outside in sweat drenched cloths and hungry stomachs. They worked and worked until it was time to go back home. As they were walking back the eldest of the two little girls asked her dad something. She said, " Daddy? When will we get to get out of this place?"

The little girl, if you could call her that, was 19 years old. She had bright orange hair and purple eyes, just like her father. Only her father had a more rusty colored hair and darker eyes. Her dad looked at her and gave a small smile.

"Soon, my precious daughter, soon." He said then continued walking in silence. This answer seemed to satisfy the girl and she walked with him.

The other little girl was a little more curious but decided against asking any questions. This other girl had long blonde hair and bright blue eyes that had some gold flecks in them. That's right, this little girl is (Y/N) and the other girl is her older sister, Orihima. The person who she was talking to was her father, Suko. They were blood related, while (Y/N) and Orihima were only half sisters. They had the same mother but different fathers.

(This is Suko (Pops) or Orihimas father

(This is Suko (Pops) or Orihimas father. Please pretend he looks older; way older!! Because he's supposed to be but this was the best I could do.)

"Pops? What's going on?" Little (Y/N) asked as they got back home. (Y/N) might not be blood related to Suko but she did think of him as a dad. She never knew her dad sense he died when she was just a baby but Suko treated her as his own and called her family.

When they walked up to their house, their was a bunch of people waiting outside the door. Other prisoners by the looks of it. They were all dressed in their best cloths, which still looked pretty bad, and had weapons on them. Metal pipes, sharps pieces of metal, wood and other things. For a second, (Y/N) thought they were after her and her family but then she looked at their faces and saw smiles and kind faces. Not those of bad men and murderers. Pops just ignored her question and walked up to these people and greeted them with a smile.

"I see you all made it," He said to them. "Now the plan can finally start." (Y/N) just looked at them confused and then looked at her big sister. She had a smile on her face and a look of determination in her eyes. Something (Y/N) hasn't seen in a long time.

"What plan?" (Y/N) asked Orihima.

Orihima looked down at little (Y/N) and said, "The plan to leave this horrible place."

(Y/N) widened her eyes in realization and happiness. She has been waiting to hear those words for six years and it's finally time to leave. She looked back at Suko and smiled. When Suko was done talking to all the people in front of the house, he walked over to her and said, "I want you to follow me and Orihima all the way to the boats. Okay? Stay close at all costs." (Y/N) nodded quickly and went to grab the few things she had before setting out with everyone else.

They quickly and quietly made it to the docks where the boats they need are stored. Once they found the boat they were looking for, they took out the guards and got the vessel ready for departure. They almost made it too; but something happened. Apparently, there was an unscheduled deployment of new, stronger troops sent to the unnamed island they were on. Something they didn't plan for nor could they have planned for. Some of the people that came with little (Y/N), Orihima, and Suko left for fear of being caught and punished or killed. There were very few of them left when they were spotted. Suko stood protectively in front of his two daughters holding a metal pipe. The other few people left, around four or five of them, also raised their weapons to fight for their lives. They were outnumbered, outgunned, and outmatched, but they still fought. Little (Y/N) and Orihima also fought for their lives and the lives of the people with them. The men dressed in black approached them and made the small group of prisoners stand down.

"Get off the boat! NOW!" Screamed one of them. They did as told, afraid of what might happen if they didn't. They lined up against the boat and waited.

"You have been bad today, don't you think? If you would have acted like good little dogs, then maybe you would have lived longer lives. But, I guess not everyone can be obedient, hm?" The same guard scoffed. They raised their weapons and fired. (Y/N) closed her eyes and waited for the end, but it didn't come. She opened her eyes and looked up. Her eyes grew wide, mouth opening and closing but no sound coming out. She was horrified by what she saw and would never forget the image either. Her big sister, Orihima, shielded her with her body from the bullets. Blood drippped down her chin from her mouth, several bullet wounds in her torso and her cloths stained forever in blood. Her blood.

"W-w-why? Why did—" Was all she managed to say. She could barely speak, to shocked by what she saw.

"Because you're my dear baby sister. I *cough* couldn't just let you die." She said, answering her unasked question. She fell into (Y/N)'s arms and stared at her with a small smile on her face. (Y/N) cradled her while crying over her. The emotions were all to overwhelming to her. The fear, the sadness, the anger, the pain; it was all so much but all she could do was cry. "I'm glad I could die protecting you and not a useless death like the one that would have happened if I stayed on this island. I'm so proud of you, (Y/N). So proud." She said still smiling at (Y/N).

"N-no! No no no! Please don't leave me big sis!! Please don't leave me alone!!" Cried (Y/N).

"I'm not leaving you. I'll always be with you. Even if you can't see me *cough cough* I'll be here. Always have hope for a better future. Never *cough* give up. I love you. I always... have..." She said before taking her last breath and closing her eyes for the last time.

"No! No no no no no. NOOOOO!!" Screamed (Y/N), crying. The guards were ready to kill her too but a woman ordered them to stand down and take her back to the camp instead. She didn't know why and she didn't care at the moment either. She didn't see much after that. It was mostly just a blur of red and a few words she managed to make out here and there but that's it. She didn't know what happened to everyone else, but she assumed they were dead too. She was dragging back to the town and punished for trying to escape. She was beaten, whipped, starved and a whole lot more. From that day forward, she has been obedient to the rules and regulations of the camp; trying to blend in and not get hurt anymore. She didn't try to make anymore connections with people but she never gave up hope for a better future. For a way out and a way to keep a promise to her brothers from long ago.
