Chpt 3 "PROM?"

~Clary's POV~

"So what, are you together again?" Jack asks confused

"We never really broke up" i answer

"What are you?" Corbyn examines me and takes my fever "You are not sick" he gasps "YOU MUST BE AN ALIEN"

I giggle "Really i don't know" i shrug

"I'm really happy for Zach, you are doing him really good. But i'm worried about you" Jonah says

"Hey don't brain wash my girlfriend!" Zach complains from the kitchen

"We are investigating if she is from this world" Corbyn answers

"She is not! That's why i love her!" Zach shouts from the other room. I blush at his comment

"Clary you are my friend so i'll tell you this. Although i love Zach, i don't think he'll ever get over his fuckboy days. So watch out please, i don't want to see you hurt anymore" Daniel whispers at me when no one hears

"Hopefully there is nothing i have to be concerned of" i answer him

"Prom?" Daniel whispers. And i suddenly remember the video. All my confidence drops, and my smile banishes.

"Are you ok?" Zach says sitting down beside me "You look like you've seen a ghost" He laughs and takes a sip from his glass of coke

"When is that prom coming up?" I ask out loud. Zach spits the coke

"I had forgotten about that" he says

"It's tomorrow" Jack answers

"Oh, okey." I say and lay my back on the couch trying not to seem worried.

"I can cancel you know" Zach says

"No no! It's fine. I know how it'll feel if you get dumped the day before such special day" i say "Go with her, i trust you" i smile

"Bad idea" Daniel says in between coughs

"I'll look after him" Jack smiles

"Right you asked Aspen out. Good for you" i say sarcastic. Corbyn laughs at my comment

"Don't even start" Jack warns him. I look up at Jonah and see his smile was gone.

"Well... lets do something" i suggest

"Let's play Call of Duty!" Daniel says

"Yeah i missed playing with you" Corbyn says

"So Call of Duty it is" i smile

We play for a long time. Whenever it was my turn to play Zach would look at me smiling. When i didn't play Zach and I talked.

"May i ask you something?" I say curious

"You just did" Zach chuckles

"I'm being serious" i tell him

"All right" He sits down facing me "Go ahead"

"What was your first thought when you first, you know, did whatever with Atallia?" I ask him. His smile banishes "Please just answer, i won't get mad"

"Honestly, you were my thought" he answers "I had swear to myself that i would tell you. But i couldn't bring myself to do so. I also promised not to do it again"
