I some how fell asleep on the roof while waiting for Lily to finish class. She woke me up and we went home to her place.

"You actually fell asleep today. Maybe my coma theory isn't so crazy after all," Lily said as she tossed her bag across the room.

"I hope you're wrong," I said, "I don't want to go back to that life."

"I know you don't," Lily sat on the bed next to me and hugged me, "but who says your life has to be the same as before."

I gave Lily a soft smile. She usually made feel better. She was always happy and positive. She made me feel warm anytime I'm around her.

I waited until Lily was asleep, the I rolled off of me so I could sneak out. I traveled all the way to mom's hour, a two hour car ride. She was asleep as expected. I looked around for any clues to what hospital I was sent to. I didn't find anything that helped. Then I saw something I never though I'd see again. Dad, asleep on mom's couch. He was all curled up, a picture on me in his arms. I started crying. I had done something horrible. Mom and Dad were getting alone and I went and ended my life. I felt the pain if my stomach and the medicine I had taken that day. The pain in my wrist was annoying me. I missed them, I never thought I'd see them together again. I wanted to spend time with them together again, but that would mean leaving Lily behind. That though hurt me more than missing my parent. Why, I became Lily's girlfriend to keep her around, so why am I getting so attached? I thought as I walked out of the house, I can't be. Can I?

I went to the closest hospital to check. I found my body laying on the top floor. This hospital was expensive and one of the best in the city. I was hooked up to so many machines. I took the oxygen mask off my face. And the breathing tubes out of my mouth. My hands could phase into my skin. My skin was pink and colorful. The heart monster started freaking out not that that my body wasn't getting help breathing. I unplugged everything and took out the iv fluids and watched. The person next to me woke up and started calling in doctor's and nurses. No one new what had happened.

"I'm going to stay with Lily," I told my body, "so don't bother living."

I left the hospital and started back home. I felt a jolt in my chest and everything went white.
