The school day flew by for Gabbie and Christa and soon enough they were back in the yard, scanning around for either of their favourite YouTubers. They spotted Dan and jogged over. "By the way," Gabbie began, "Do you have an Oyster Card?" Christa looked at her in surprise and said drily," Gabbie. I live in London. Of course I have an Oyster Card." Gabbie giggled, embarrassed, and agreed that she was being a little stupid. They approached Dan and Gabbie introduced Christa to him. "Hey,"Dan said, casual as anything. "H-h-hey" Christa replied, obviously in awe of Dan. "Nice to meet you!" Dan continued, seemingly unaware of Christa's internal excitement. "I hear you are a fan of mine and Phil's videos. Lucky that you became friends with Gabbie!" Christa nodded and looked at her Doc Marten school shoes. Gabbie saved her the embarrassment and took both of their hands and led them out of the gate to the tube station.

While Dan was unlocking the door, Christa whispered in Gabbie's ear. "I've dreamed of this for years. Thanks so much!" Gabbie just smiled. Her breath next to her ear sent shivers down Gabbie's spine. She needed to tell Dan and Phil about this. She trusted them more than anyone. The sort opened and Phil welcomed them in with a smile and said hello to Christa. She was just as sheepish as she was in the yard. Gabbie decided to save her. "Hey can we make a Sims video with Christa? We've not made one in a while and we still need to add my Sim to the household." Phil agreed this was a good idea and Dan followed suit. Phil then suggested,"We could make Christa's Sim too! Would you like that?" Christa's eyes lit up like stars at the notion and immediately relaxed. "Yeah of course I would!"

Gabbie instructed Christa to stay in the kitchen and told Dan and Phil to follow her into the living room. She needed to tell them now. She shut the door, rested her head against it and sighed deeply. She turned to them and said "I need to tell you something." They waited for her response. They could tell this meant a lot to her and decided to listen then act. She sat down in the middle of them and sighed again. Sensing it was taking a lot for her today this, they both put a supportive hand on her knee. Gabbie held them both, her only source of confidence. "This is something I should have told you a while ago," she began, her voice breaking and shaking. "I'm lesbian." She screwed her eyes shut and waited for the seemingly inevitable abuse. "Yeah we knew as soon we saw you with Christa." She opened her eyes and looked at Phil in disbelief. "It was pretty obvious." Dan added. A sly smile appeared on his face and he said, tauntingly, " You like her don't you?" Gabbie buried her flushed face in her hands and Dan and Phil laughed a little. "You don't think she knows?" Gabbie asked worried. "Nah she doesn't know," Phil said. "although you may want to learn how to hide embarrassment or she'll catch on quick!" Gabbie nodded and thanked them for being so supportive. They said it was no problem, as always. The trio entered the kitchen again and found Christa scrolling through Instagram. "It's weird," she said, "I'm seeing all these Dan and Phil Tumblr shitpost memes on my feed when I can just see them in real life! Pretty surreal." Gabbie smiled, "Yeah it is."
