Frat Boy Niall

Chapter 7

We'll since no one paid any attention to my announcement, I shall continue the story as I planned.

Amy's POV

"Ashley! " I yell. The girl walks up to the counter to receive her drink.

"Thank you. Have a nice day."

"You too" she mumbles.

"Gosh. Work is so exhausting."

"These will be the last customers then we can close up." Greg said.

Greg is the manager. He is maybe 3-4 years older than me and he has a mustache! It's pretty cool. He hates when I touch it but it looks so soft. And it is!

"Hi. Welcome to Starbucks. How can I help you?"

"Can I have a caramel frappe and a chocolate chunk cookie?"

"Yes. And can I get a name for that drink?"

"Yeah Alyssa."

" Ok. Your drink will be done soon." I turn to start the machine as the girl and her friends move to the side counter.

"Soooooo? how'd it go last night?"

"It was great until he woke up and said I had to go because he had a girlfriend."

"Niall has a girlfriend?" I tense at the mention of Niall's name. They can't be talking about my Niall can they?

"Yeah. He had this look of total regret on his face. I feel bad because what if they break up because of me? I don't want that to happen." Alyssa begins to quietly sob.

"She is gonna think I'm a slut and a home wrecker."

"Shh. it's ok. We know you aren't like that."

"Yeah and besides it's his fault. He knew he had a girl friend."

"Yeah but he was so drunk last night. He called me Amy the whole night. I didn't really pay attention because I was drunk and he was hot." Oh my.

"Alyssa, your order." I say as I hand her the order. My hands and lip are trembling because of how much I wanna cry.

She gives me a questioning look before thanking me and leaving with her order and friends.

As they exit I grab the counter in attempt to calm down. I beyond pissed! But more than anything.... I'm sad. Sad because I thought Niall was done with his old ways.

I walk to the back and hang up my apron and tell Greg I'm done. He also gives me a questioning look but drops it. We both walk to the front and lock up and head in separate directions.

As I enter my car I look down to see I'm still shaking. Damn it! I sit I'm my car for maybe 5 minutes calming my self before I start my car. I don't turn on the radio like usual. I just sit and think of all the reasons Niall would cheat.

What did I do wrong? Did I anger him? Does he not like me anymore?

At that last thought I began to sob. My cries grow louder the more I think about it. I pull over into a subway parking lot and let the tears fall.

Where did I go wrong?

Sorry I took so long. Summer school probs. haha. And don't think it's because I failed, its so I can stay ahead with my credits. I know this update is short but I wanted to give you something. I'm out of summer school so back to regular updates.
