Happy reading 😃😃
He sighed walking down the lane. Though it was a daily routine, it was a little hard to accept. His parents couldn't understand his love for music. His attachment to his guitar. It was a gift from his uncle when he was twelve. At the beginning, he was being screamed for not putting the guitar to use. And when he did, he was scolded for doing it and not concentrating on studies. Though he was good at it. He kept walking down the lane of De Anza.
It was Sunday and there was no school. Being a student of Montana Vesta high in San Francisco, you were expected to sit at home and not waste time. Had to study. Or be at tutions, training yourself as much as you can in your subjects and SATs. If not any of these, then be out volunteering.
Being good at all of these, he had no interest like all the other kids to go hit the mainstreams, engineering and medicine or pure science.
His dream was to get enrolled in Berkeley College of mucic. And then have a band of his and obviously be world famous. The next option was to be a music therapist.
His thoughts came to a halt as his hands came in contact with something cold. The sadness that masked his face was long gone and it lit up with a smile. He looked at his guitar that hung across his shoulder. His grip on it grew tighter as he walked further. Walking into the park, he sat on a bench and checked the strings. It was not the first time. He had played on the streets. Competing or doing it for fun. It was nice to watch people smile. Some of them would be sad, but one flawless song can lighten up the mood.
After some tuning, he struck it once. Then it was twice. Then came a tune and he started to sing along.
"Heartbeats fast
Colours and promises
How to be brave
How can I love
When I'm afraid to fall
Watching you stand alone
All of my doubt
Suddenly goes away somehow""One step closer" it was then two voices.
"I have died everyday waiting for you
Darling don't be afraid
I have loved you for a thousand years
Love you for a thousand more" he knew who it was. But chose to sing.{A/N: sacchi.. I didn't know which other song to use}
He kept singing and the voice occasionally joined him at the chorus parts. As he finished and the atmosphere turned quiet, he opened his eyes to see his baby sister next to him. The smile on her face, made him smile more. The sounds of cheering and clapping were heard as people asked him for his autograph and clicked selfies. He was popular. He was known for making acoustic YouTube covers and had millions of carzy followers following him on his YouTube channel and other social networking pages. It was not only music he carried extra apart from studies, he loved travelling and photography.
The crowd reduced as they left after appreciating and handing a few pennies and dollars.
"Why are you here?" he asked. He knew why, by didn't want her to get into trouble.
"Like you don't know why" she rolled her eyes, crossing her arms.
"You shouldn't be" he sighed.
"What do we do with this money?" she asked excited. Both of them knew why the conversation was being deviated.
He pulled her along. He smiled as he pointed to something further. She narrowed her eyes and then smiled.
"You're good" she smiled.
"I am Sarvi, it's just that you don't know" he mocked.
{A/N again: behen ka naam nahi pata}
