"That's a large window"
Doflamingo, despite the fact that she was firmly and openly staring at said thing, didn't seem to want to comment on it although his eyes were on the balcony as well. Instead, he walked towards the coach and sat down without contemplation, arm instantly resting on the back while he nodded at the many things the maids were placing on the different shelves and the clothes that were being taken out from their boxes and into the open closet. The mattress on the bed was now a purple, a sharp contrast to the blue one she had had on her old room, and the pillows seemed to be big enough to shallow her as a whole- The last bed had been smaller, hadn't it? And the ceiling had not been so high, not so tidy and new looking instead of the damaged one she had been used to "There is more space here, good thing it already had all the furniture. No desk though, we can replace that with the table. This one is bigger as well" The man pointed to said piece of wood work, and it clearly was bigger than the old one, more than two chairs placed around it though she didn't exactly know who else was meant to use them "The chairs are sturdy, so you should start practicing with these soon, won't damage the floor if they fall"
Yue left one of the many terrariums on the small table by the coach, carefully laying down the heavy object with a sigh of relief when she was able to move her arms again, eyes searching for the other ones. Seeing that they were still safely placed one of the boxes waiting to be arranged as well, the girl was free to focus once more on what had first caught her attention when she woke up not long ago, brushing her hands against the fabric of the green dress she was wearing as she walked past Doffy and closer to the window. But it wasn't just a window; the vertical window resembled a door, a tiny piece of wood and a metal railing on the other side. A balcony. She had never seen a real balcony before, she had never had a window to look through. The vast sea was more than she had ever seen in her life from a room, and although there was no much to see besides the endless pool of salty water and the ships that sometimes sailed close enough for her to see, it was definitely better than nothing.
"Summer island" One of the maids excused herself as she momentarily stepped on Yue's field of vision to place the Den Den Mushi on top of the small table between the coach and the armchair, but the girl evaded the young woman before she finished anyway and continued to stare at the window. The rays of sun filtered through the glass and shone against her person, and it was funny to try to catch the reflections, only to find it was impossible "Is this a summer island?"
This time around Doflamingo stayed quiet when he once more glanced at the balcony too, grin twitching at the insistence on the topic "No, the trees over there should go brown soon enough" Yue struggled to actually see what he meant, and she had to step even closer to the door for her eyes to catch on the green land that stretched one side of the horizon. A side of the island, she guessed, pressing hands against the crystal on hopes of being able to see it properly, to distinguish the shapes. Involuntarily, her eyes went down to the metal knob that wasn't that far from her face, looking heavy and old although the rest of the new room in that new island seemed to be fairly recent. It wasn't the only window- In fact, there was another large one just besides her, but the girl didn't need to examine it to know there was no way of opening that one. If she had to guess, Yue would say the door was how Doflamingo had entered with her sleeping form in his arms at dawn, his powers pretty much the only way of taking her from the ship to the new base.
But it was unsettling.
"It's rusty"
Slowly, she turned her head around, entertaining her mind for a moment with the small chandelier hanging from the ceiling, wondering if the crystals reflected light as well when the light was on. After a few seconds her eyes landed on Doflamingo's frame, taking in his relaxed body language and the somehow small grin on his lips. That was even more unsettling than the rusty knob or the tightly closed balcony door, or the somehow frightening size of the new room or the bed that was too big for someone so tiny- The fact that it wasn't a wide small or that he wasn't chuckling or laughing made the girl feel like she was expected to do something she had absolutely no idea of. It made her feel as if she was about to face a scolding, or something equally bad.
