Where is Kale? He told me he would pick me up this morning. Mom and dad left for work early in the morning, so they could not drive me to school. Conner had left a few minutes ago with his friends.  I send him text messages and he replied to me, he wasn't feeling really well and that he apologized.

I saw Seth just woke up, coming out of his bedroom. "Seth! Please drive me to school?"

"What?" He asked in confusion, staring at me with his sleepy eyes.

I hugged his torso, leaving him trying to get out of my grip. "Please! Drive me to school?"

"No way, after what you did? Walk to school yourself." He told me, not feeling sleepy anymore. He pushed me, making me let go of my grip. He ran to his bedroom, locking it behind. 

I rolled my eyes in response, he's extremely childish. 

Well, now I have to walk to school myself. Damn!

Maybe I should ditch school this time, I really want to visit Kale. 

I walked and saw Luca next to his car. "Luca!" I shouted.

"Hey, Emily." He greeted, smiling widely at me. "Aren't you supposed to be school?" His face turned into a confused face.

I moaned. "I ditched school because no one drive me there."

"Want me to drive you?" He offered.

"No, but thanks. I would probably be late too."

"Well, yeah."

"Wait, can you drive me to my boyfriend's house?" I begged, giving him my puppy eyes.

He giggled. "If it would be less awkward then I would."

"No, he had a sister around your age. It would be so much fun. Come on!" I hopped, begging him to drive me there.

"Alright." He told me, as I screamed. "But please don't shout." He opened the door for me. "Thank you."

"Sydney!" I hugged her. "Nice to meet you again!"

"Aw, Emily. You're visiting Kale, right? He's not feeling well, he got a fever and flu. So I ask him not to go to school." Sydney explained, looking back at Luca who's standing right behind me. "Who's that?" She whispered in my ear.

"My neighbour," I whispered back, and called out Luca. "Come here! Luca, this is Sydney, Kale's sister. Sydney, this is Luca, my new neighbour."

They shared a look, and Luca smirked at her. Sydney's cheeks got red as she stare down the ground. 

She turned to stare at me, giving me a wide smile. "Well, come in guys. Kale is still sleeping so you can either wait outside or wake him up with a morning kisses." She winked at me, and I rolled my eyes in response.

Luca and I sat on the couch on the living room, Sydney got us a bottle of coke. "Here." She told us.

"Thank you," Luca replied swiftly.

"Hey, can I go to Kale's bedroom? I dont wanna be wicked here so let me leave you two alone." I winked at Sydney.

Sydney gave me a worried look. "No, please don't-" 

"Okay, Syd. Thank you!" I ran, hiding my laugh as I go upstairs to see Kale.
